Astazi e o zi mai lejera, am doar un curs, dar am si de invatat. Iar au schimbat orarul si mi-au incarcat toata ziua de vineri. Sper sa nu ramana asa.

The king isn't all innocent. He planned to kill Yeon Gaesomun too. He hanged Yeon Chong. Yeon Gaesomun was faster than him and won. Goguryeo was made with the sword so Yeon Gaesomun isn't that wrong. The only thing is that his plans aren't that perfect because poor people are starving.

I don't think that the ending was predictable. It could have been a happy ending but the writer chose the historical facts over fiction. Maybe the writer is right. With Nam-saeng alive, it's hard to believe that the princess and Yeon Chong could have been happy even in another kingdom.

I think that Yeon Gaesomun is aware that his son will betray him but he also knows that Yeon Choong won't kill him. An Yeon member has pride, dignity and never gives up. I think that Yeon Gaesomun appreciates that his son has so much confidence in his love. At a certain moment Yeon Gaesomun will say: if you want me to make you my successor, you have to be better than me, to have more power than me. He doesn't want his son to be just a puppet that follows orders. Of course that he also wants loyalty but he always forgives his son. Maybe he feels guilty that his son had to grow up alone.

You will see later, Yeon Gaesomun really loves his son. At first the music seemed out of blue for me too, but when I watched it the second time, it actually seemed cute. My mom was amused by it. lol

I have only 3 users with who I talk with almost everyday (you, Edinaa and Dufresne), with other 2 I talk with occasionally (Bokami and Winnie) and I get likes on feeds from TranquilKnight but I talk with him rarely. Dufresne and Kitsune tried to make me to come to the chat room but I couldn't find my place there.
I still receive friendship requests, I have no idea how they find me, but it would be too troublesome to delete them and explain to them why I deleted them. My profile comments are still available to everyone so there's no advantage in that. Also, if I refuse a request I would seem rude and I would get hateful comments.

Now that you mention that, I don't remember a sageuk with big ratings this year. Gu family book did well but not extraordinary.

Yeah in American shows. In a kdrama he needs to deny it 14 episodes in a 16 episodes drama.

It's a weird thing because KBS got huge ratings on weekends, over 40% with My Daughter Seo young, Lee Soon Shin. Even The Wang family is doing very well.

I need to check on goodreads for a specific title but it's not the first time I read that the main male character says: Oh I'm in love with you after he spend ONE DAY with a certain girl.
I'm not saying that the drama plagiarized a certain book but I get an American vibe even if I watch a korean drama and it's not the using of American guys and girls.

Sword and Flower got great online reviews, except here on MDL.. why I'm not surprised...
KBS had really low ratings this year on Wednesday and Thursday. It seems that Secret love is doing well now but I'm not interested in watching a new revenge drama.
