If only this season was half as good as its previous season, I would be wholeheartedly rooting for Nam gil for the best actor. Maybe its not his year i think. Seeing him in award show being loud and chaotic asf is very nice to see. Hoping for a stronger comeback next year.
This definitely leading up to how in the last episode Gil Ho after sacrificing himself to save Jae Hui, He will give her the tickets to the place she always wanted to go. No way JCW' character going to live in the end.
Please give this drama a chance. I really love gritty dramas like this and worst of evil and want them to make more of these. Episodes are short so no dragging and especially no bad acting. Really happy JCW is experimenting with these type of roles.
This article spoke my mind. Although I don't have anything against renewing dramas for new season, the dramas that came out recently are very bad that you can't help but skip them. Looks like the studios are spending more money on acquiring actors rather than focus on the stories and other related things. I remember how dramas became popular due to the story and casts chemistry but now the dramas are hyped because solely on the cast alone and not what made kdramas special. Nobody asked for explicit content netflix is showing or gore that disney displays. Everybody wants to have good time when watching dramas and these new dramas failing to provide the basic. I could suggest strangers fron hell to someone new and they will have the same reaction i had upon completing that. Can't say the same for any recent dramas except moving.
LDH in a action drama will be a treat to watch. He makes everything watchable. This season wasn't as bad as it's previous one but they lost the entire purpose of monsterization. What makes season 1 unique is the way how each and every monster is different from one another, they turn according to their desires and suddenly in season 3 it feels like they're turning into zombies. Anyway happy that they ended it without milking it further.
The only thing you can complain about this drama is the first 30 minutes for the pilot episode. It starts off like any other crime thrillers but it starts focusing more on characters and the impact of criminals ideology towards them. Here, atleast they are not making us sympathising with the killer like some show does just because they either have family issues and other family conflict. In this show, the villains are just pure evil. You can’t justify their actions, you won’t even feel bad for them since they literally show them killing others and leaving with a smile. And also, the time period they show while investigating the case was also so cool. It makes us realise not everything can be done overnight and just because we have the killers pattern doesn’t mean we can prevent his next crime. This is just so unpredictable but The ML itself is a character on his own. It’s hard to describe what he’s thinking. So if you’ve any doubt if this show is any worth, just stop thinking and watch it. And also don’t skip the scenes since the dialogues are written so well that an entire episode of ML interrogating the villain was so good. I hope everyone watches this and support this drama cause dramas like this can have more than 3 season and still keep us intrigued throughout.
Gonna binge it and post it as relatable although not one thing happened like this when i was highschool.
