I am trying, I just can't get over how awkward it is...

1. "We've met in this life to fulfill the love we started before"
- what love could have started ? between 2 kids? Friendship? Curiosity? yeah. Love? ok, child love, affection... but LOVE-LOVE ? No, that did not start there that is just a romanticized memory and it usually turns into an obsession in adulthood if handled wrong. ALSO... "we met"..no, you did not meet, you stalked the guy.

2. "You are my first love"
-big hug to all the people she loved in her past lives.

3. How in the world do you kick a guy for grabbing a woman and then just leave her there with that guy, then you leave because you have a business to attend to. Gentlemen are not dead, they are just reading the script backwards.

4. I'm obviously very deaf . They made that pretty clear when I couldn't hear a woman speaking to me in an empty office. But damn I hear her so well in the street, running. (cause he took that off before she grabbed him).

..... 5. why not call a fokin uber to drive you over to that place? Could still have been a secret, not like the uber will call your dad to let him know. Oh, you did not think that? Good luck managing a freaking hotel...

sorry for the long text, i just had fun trying to explain what I hope this is about :))

Ok so what do we have here? (cause i've seen the comments on the age thing)

"My roomate is a Gumiho" had this one scene of sudden realization : "Do I like her in that way? "How dare I ? She is so young" . Because he was old as hell and because she was nothing but a cell compared to how much he lived.

I don't think we have the same thing here though, here is why:

This is a very old soul living for many, many years all that it possibly can: male, female, child, adult etc. The full human experience if we may say so.
It's fair to think that all that in a 12 year old mind can easily make us think an interest so powerful towards a child is kind of... a big no no . I guess that is why her very first line was : "with him I felt like I was 12".

I think her interest is not a "first love" like we imagine it. That soul has had very awful first lives given the times. Then the other lives were just exhausting and if by any chance she was excited at first, the more she lived the more she wanted it to end : "I always prayed it was my last life".

What she felt in her 18th life might have been nothing more than hope. Because it seems she forgot how that feels given that she wanted to not be reborn up till that point. I'm guessing that emotion was the spark that made her curious and she directs that towards his person because he made her feel the present moment.

Now that she was back she wanted to keep feeling that and connects it to him in a fantasy story she made up (like we all do when we get excited about something). She thinks he is a certain person, she thinks she knows him well, etc etc, I'll marry this guy, i'll push towards this guy, but that is done in a very immature and childish way. If he would to actually give in right away to her demands, I bet you the world she would freak out. She is not ready for that, because as the child she loves to feel like, is still clinging to the very first feeling of hope that she felt in a very very very very very long time....

So i'm guessing her flirtatious actions, or her little obsession and her plans, her clingy attitude are all possible because it hasn't got serious yet.

This is what I say to myself because I do not want to admit that the story is: i got sick of life, this guy ..hm. Ok. Mine. Oh dang I died.... gotta try again. uuuuu he kinda cute. mama wants.

People usually jump over the intro, but I was curious to see all of it for once, so.... ok, WHY?! *laughing so hard*

There is this part right where the intro ends, right after the scratch thingy where the man with the suitcase comes. There is a lady sitting down, which then looks up and you can see that small figure has ...... giant boobs. With a nipple and all. AHAHHAHHAHHAH! Dudes, why? AHAHAHAHA

Don't get me wrong, I am not bothered by that, it just that it doesn't go with the rest of the intro and I don't get why they would draw her like that...

..... guess what will save us all? Exactly. A barrier.

-I have created the barrier.

...sigh.

i actually like the conflict, pretty much because it reminds them that flirting is not enough

Because one is vulnerable when doing so. Some say it and not mean it, some mean it and not say it, some mean it and actually say it. But we, women, are not mind readers soooo from time to time it's exactly that vulnerability that attracts us because I think it shows us that we are not the only ones who are vulnerable.
Men who do not express how they feel might not really know themselves or have a trauma with rejection, or might be afraid to be the ones who love more in that relationship. Not saying anything keeps it in a safe zone: if you love me, cool, i love you too. If you leave me, it's ok, you had no idea how i felt, you cannot hurt me with it.

in short: complicated ))))

Thinking the same: here, dude, it's easy, defend your love interest. This guy has no problem with swallowing his pride, you want the girl? this is what gets you the girl: expressing how you feel so that she doesn't have to be in a relationship where she has to be both partners. I can buy myself flowers much? :)))

I know, right? seems a bit short, but found i am quite pleased with the pace, the chemistry is believable and had time and context to build, i'm not sure what people expect but I would be satisfied if he just honestly swallows his pride like he saw her ex do.

I want it like this:

1. Married couple - i hope they fight for it, clear the misunderstandings, find out what you really mean to each other. They are not at the point where they realize what they mean to each other, I think they are at the point when they start to see that even if they do get along and it's a safe relationship, if one needs more one needs to first address it, like she did, and then try to obtain it. If he really doesn't realize she needs more he's dumb, if he realizes though, but cannot offer it, then in the end I wanna see them getting a divorce.

2. Young blooming love coupe - i hope the test was a mistake (hope she takes more of them, or confirms with a doctor, it's how one usually does this) ... this should make him chill out a bit with that growing anxiety he has that his love has to be very loud in order to be convincing, that it has to be unconditional and such.. when in fact poor kids are just scared and love like in the movies won't just cut it. I'd love to see the morale here: chill kids, you have time to decide what you wanna do with yourselves and take it slower.

3. Insecure and not-exactly a couple - I hope Uri ad Sangjin don't engage in any romance, If any, I'd like to see only a hint of maybe a healing guy starting to make a new friend he might later on start appreciating not out of guilt, but out of sheer curiosity and interest towards her person. Maybe Uri can like him too a bit more maturely and not out of childish crush towards a mature man who helped her at some point.

4. I-have-a-past couple: Now the main leads do get to me..
My relationship started like theirs did and I found so many similarities here I cannot express how much I enjoy their dynamic.
I have nothing to object here, I only hope to see that passion that has build up so much, explode. That is all.

Hear me out, I am having a dumb revelation and such:

So his name is Lee Soo Hyuk, and he is an editor, pretty much like like second lead in "Doom at your service" actor hahahahahahha ! I have nothing against that. Pretty much find it an adorable coincidence of what women find hot.

Oh, and by the way, Soo Hyuk-SI , is it only me hearing "sexy" ? :)))

Well, Interest of Love writers should watch this when it comes to pause, long stare and all that... THIS is how it's build.

so, I just wanna say I do not care how it ends. It is incredibly perfect and I have to say, it is my fave drama ever. Yup, there I said it.

Bring me the ending like a bonus, or not, don't care, I've seen 8 episodes and I feel so complete, I can't even explain it.

the "Fighter" song in the OST god damn ... i remember the crush I had on Itaewon class because of the same singer :))
