Thanks for having this drama. I thought I would be bored since it has 20 episodes and has almost 1hr & 30 mins per eps but, hell no It's not boring. Mind blowing and heartfelt psychological thriller. Good production plus good actors. Omg I felt sad and I'm gonna miss this drama. Can someone pls recommend me this kind of drama and has the same genre.

Where did you watch ep7 & 8? Cause in youtube they will premiere it nxt wk on sep 1, the whole drama with eng sub in yt will be completed on sep 15. But I hope there's a faster subbing team/sites for this so that I can watch continually.

A distinct great film. Remarkable. I love how they depicted what happened during 1980's and the lgbtq community during those days. It is very far from today how Taiwan accepted this community, and It is notable. This film is painful and nostalgic for both of them. Reminiscing how they met and how it ended up. How time flies. Imagine for 30 years, while carrying those feelings. When they met 30 yrs later, you can still see the feelings and there is regret but no you can't do anything about it. Remember when Father Oliver said jealousy, it is also pain. I cried for this great film. How poignant it is. I love the cinematography also salute for this Taiwanese film. Question, Is it consider a Taiwanese New Wave Cinema or nah? I finally watch this film, supposedly watch this last dec during it was release in netflix, but I postponed it since I know it will be very emotional and I wanted to save it up for later. <3

Dude this is not really good and bad. The acting is so-so, or I can say it's not good. But I can say they really had a budget and they didn't produce a cheap production. Man this looks expensive. Storyline was just simple and average. Still I had fun watching it since it's not focus about university romance like just most of the bl. (Bonus, I luv Pitch and Bank aaaahk)

I love this so much! You know even it's just short, even the story is cliche but no it's just too good. I smiled, I cried. They acted so well, and it was directed very well. I love the feels of like "first love and what it feels like" (omg hella cute) since during those age and stage (adolescence), there will be a lot of things will happen such as heartbreak, the time that everything feels so great, and the time you will know who you will be attracted to. The cinematography has potential. I'm so thankful for having this drama, it's not a cringeyyy n messy storyline thing that most of the thai bl drama they released nowadays. Tho the plot is simple, but it wasn't messy at all. AND HEY CAN SOMEONE PLS TELL ME THE TITLE OF THAT OLD SONG <3!

Yeah! I also have youku app too, and still not broadcasting yet, China's Youku app is just only one they don't have international app. @Manjin27 I was also confuse so I want to clarify also (ps not looking for a fight lol) since even at Weibo Chinese people are also waiting to broadcast it. It's still in top 20 to be broadcast. Even in Douban they didn't posted a clear date, they just put July 2021.

Yah me too. But I think the film attempted and suggested "the more than just friends/gay theme" between them. But the story focus more about self discovery and about the son, so they did continue to lack the gay theme or leave us to have questions about this certain thing. :))

This film is truly a masterpiece and a well made classic film! The chronological/timeline is rich and well executed! This film is excellent and heartfelt! I love this classic film from China! Thanks to Zhang Yi Mou who directed this film, I'll try to watch your films since I introduced from this! Btw for their son and daughter, I felt the So Long My Son kind of film. So long My Son is also great, it is also a well made film (if u guys see this comment I'll also highly recommend it).

It is just a so-so drama. There are some I don't like and like it about this drama. The cinematography has potential, it is good and not just ordinary like some dramas from this channel.I really like Duean's personality hahahaha he is so funny. I found it cute for main couple. It's good they put stunning visuals here! I kinda not like the beginning since it was kinda too rush, still it made an improvement in the middle and it has the " it takes time feels" and that's what I like. I don't like the fandoms and ships, it's annoying honestly. Although the plot doesn't make sense at all. It's not that good and it's not bad. It's just average. Still it made me laugh, and I had fun for those funny moments.

Honestly it was not good! I expected so much since it is HIStory but whyyyy?? I wasted my time for this 20 episodes! It's a pity they made such a horrible drama of History! I was so happy since it has longer episodes such as for the Trapped w/ the same number of episodes but this one was mehhh!
