The writers should have had him show the same behavior to Hae Mi.

That is why I stopped watching. I knew that the writers were going write a scenario that would wreak havoc and give Hae Mi hope. Menusa will last right to 10 minutes before the last episode ends. Then everything will either be forgiven, or key folks will die so that whoever is left can find peace and move on. I’m changing my rating again.

I totally agree with you. I am so disappointed with this show. it started off ok and went down hill fast. Hae Mi and her mother were given too much air time with psycho behavior being the main theme instead of the developing love between the main leads. And everyone bent over backwards to cuddle them. This type of writing is not for me.

Like I said. I will watch the last episode and skip all of the menusa.

I took a chance and watched episode 94 and I thought that the writers did a very good job with the scenes between KY, YI and her family. The one scene with Hae Mi was so disappointing. I thought those writers are going to mess up some how by pushing her closer to SJ. And, SJ’s bio father and mother is another disaster waiting to happen. I hope that SJ gets back together with his first love.

I’m not the only one who saw it. I think that the synopsis and the description of some of the characters are very misleading. I don’t know who originated the narrative circulating, but it seems the writer did not watch any part of the series. I’ll have check and re-check the synopsis of any series that I plan to watch.

While searching the Internet for reviews of this drama I found the following description of Hae Mi:

““Haemi is a talented young lady who even studied abroad in the U.S. During her time abroad, she finds an unconscious Gyeongjun and saves his life by taking him to the hospital. Through their meeting of fate, she gets to know Gyeongjun and becomes his girlfriend. After returning to Korea, she is appointed the chief of the Food Development Team at TS Retail. One day, her late cousin Dojin’s wife Yeong-i starts her internship at TS Retail. She’s surprised to see Gyeongjun, who is never emotionally present while they are together, smiling brightly whenever he looks at Yeong-i. Every time she sees that, Haemi finds herself engulfed in jealousy.”

Evil -Psychotic -manipulative -lying spoiled person was not included in the description. The synopsis also described Young I as a troublesome person. I felt like I was in the twilight zone while reading. At no time in the episodes that I watched(up to 88) did I ever hear Kyrun Jun say Hae Mi was his girlfriend. Now I know that girlfriend can be a generic term, but in the synopsis I think it’s used to describe a romantic relationship. Even the crazy Hae Mi admitted that her romantic feelings towards him were never reciprocated. That it was one-sided. Yet that description is circulating on the internet. Has anyone else seen that description?

I believe your predictions. I don’t want to. But, I think you are right on target. I stopped watching after episode 88. I will wait for the last episode. I hope that KY and YI are still together and I hope that the writers do not match up SJ with Hae Mi because her character is the type to use him to harass KY and YI.

I have found that some dramas start to deteriorate when they are over 40 episodes. This drama should have completed 20 episodes ago. Maybe this is why the later episodes are filled with a lot of nonsensical menusia.

I do not plan to watch anymore episodes, except for the final one. So, whatever the screenwriters do between episode 88 and the final won’t worry me at all.

I just watched episode 88. I am so done. Was a good drama. Young I and Kyrung Jung great chemistry. All that good chemistry is sacrificed to highlight psychotic behavior that goes unchecked. I’m done watching.

He’ll try to send her to China. With the writers need to keep things chaotic, Hae Mi will find a reason not to go. She’ll probably insist that they send YI to China. It would be a good thing only if KJ and YI goes there together. And, only if Hae Mi does not know until it is too late to start some crap.

This “Fatal Attraction” theme is wearing on me. One more episode of unresolved Hae Mi crap and I’ll stop watching. I’m up to episode 87. If episode 88 is more of the same with Hae Mi getting her way through pouting and misguided woe is me actions I’m calling it quits.

I don’t know how things work in Korea, could someone please tell me if it is customary to resume a position of authority the day you are released from the hospital? Especially if you were admitted for attempted suicide? HM’s mental stability is highly questionable. And, what about that scene where security was called to drag her out of High Heel’s office. How come the Head of security isn’t watching Hae Mi? What the heck is going on? Are the writers suffering from writer’s fatigue?

I saw that and thought, ok it’s about time someone tells HM’s crazy mom and dad “hey your kid is in this mess because she created the mess”. I just thought some else brighter than the BIL would say it.

A lot of commenters have noted and I totally agree that KY should keep his distance from Hae Mi. Even KY’s grandfather warned him to keep a proper distant. At this point he is majorly contributing to her continued illness by giving in to her and her mom’s delusions. Hae Mi’s dad stated to the Mom that Hae Mi should see a psychiatrist when she is released from the hospital, but the mom shut him down. Hae Mi’s mom really should be committed along with Hae Mi. Hae Mi’s mom believes that KY should stay connected to Hae Mi until she feels better. Hae Mi will never get over KY as he is the source of her delusion. The writers will have to do some serious creative gymnastics if they continue to write scenes that includes KY is and Hae Mi.

They all seem to be in an alternate world. I get having strong emotions against death. But, did HM just try to hold KY hostage with the threat to attempt suicide again if he does not agree to stay with her? She did that even after he told her again that she is like a little sister to him. Young I better have a script that doesn’t give in to Hae Mi, aka Hot Mess, delusion.

We’ll see if there is a surprise and whether it is pleasant, or not.

I think you are right about where this is headed. He’ll marry Hae Mi out of pity, after YI wigs out because of his implants. Then the remaining episodes will be about him trying to get YI back. I simply will stop watching and wait for the last episode to air.
