I still inner rage when I think of the crappy scripts the two got. I’m sad Rui got the best script but still love him and his character YiChen. Sadly, GJM was playing favorites since Rui is from the same agency as GJM. Praying GJM loves WangDuo and YanAn and give them awesome main roles and make the two shine also because their acting is so on point and awesome.

Yes, got a hate and love relationship with a character. 🤣 Man, Dudu and Neo were treated like crap. Imma forever remember and cursed it for years to come.

You should prob drop the drama at this point. lol WenXiao is gonna continued to cry since it’s a foreshadow for the ending. A scene that shows her strength was later in the episodes when she’s stuck alone against crazy LiLun. WenXiao is super weak but she’s the glue that keeps the group together with her love and understanding of humans and demons. Pei SiJing is not the mole. I hate and love WenXiao. 🤣

The writer made shit scripts for Neo and Dudu’s characters along with the storyline itself. Neo’s great demon was made crippled, Dudu’s goddess powers was also crippled. Heck, it’s one of my complaints still. All main, support and guest cast got a better scripts than Neo and Dudu. Basically the two were used to help certain ones grow more in popularity.

It really does depend on your preferences in dramas. I loved it. I’ve seen many liking it and I’ve seen some hating it, even dropping it. The drama has a dark eerie undertone to it, they speak softly like a whisper and things can be in slow motion like fights. There are lots of comedy aspects to it because without it, it’s super dark. The chemistry between all is undeniable tho, they all have sparks with each other so you can ship anyone even if main couple is ml and fl. To this day I’m still upset Neo and Dudu were pushed into the back despite supposedly being main leads so others would shine more. I still love them as main lead couple even if their screen time together is so little but the chemistry is there, their time together is tranquil and heartwarming. Fl cries a lot, some calls her useless and not needed in the drama at all but to me she’s the glue holding the team together, she’s ml’s light. Ml is supposed to be super powerful but like fl, his script is shit but he holds his own and his expressive eyes tells a tall tale. If you do watch, don’t skip the ending credits when an episode is sad and tragic, it’ll help uplift your spirits.
