What if he was just a regular boy/man (still in the sect) when he met WYi in their past life, fell in love. But then he was chosen by ChiWen to take his place? And that might mean cutting off any attachments so WYi made him forget her during that one flashback where he was giving her flowers and her eyes turned to those gold eyes and she told him to “forget me.”

Okay, some were saying why is WangDuo listed as ChiWen. I do think he’s the real ChiWen, the last dragon son left behind. So not sure who this LongShen really is.

During that scene after SG was hit with the dragon power and he absorbed it, he woke up in that desert like place with the dragon lord speaking to XiaoWei, BaiZe, HanBa and ZhiQi. The one speaking does not sound like LongShen (Rui) speaking at all. And you only see a faraway look of the dragon lord. Looks like it’s prob WangDuo. If it was really LongShen (Rui), they would’ve shown us like how they did so with the four demons. Plus we’ve already seen LongShen (Rui) so why not show us him there talking to the four.

I like it so far. I’ve seen many liking it but also some not liking it, so it really depends if it’s your cup of tea or not. The seven episodes is about a case so if you watch to check the drama out, at least finish all 7. 😆

It was a little crazy here in the comments during filming and after filming. 🤣 Lots of fans continued to chat as they waited for the drama.

I was telling someone it’s like InuYasha. The villain Naraku keeps throwing a piece of himself off in an attempt to get rid of his emotions to Kikyo. Those pieces are made into male and female demons. He hoped it’ll stop him from loving Kikyo.

So what if he’s doing the same by putting his “love, care etc” emotions into the puppet in hopes he’ll forget WYi. But he cares cuz he can see what JL sees as we saw in latest ep’s ending. 😆 He secretly watching WYi.

She’s not as popular in China (TTEOTM made her hated there, many still can’t watch her dramas cuz all they see is her character from that drama). The four mains have equal billings and are paired up into two cps. Frankly to me, Kiku and Rui are main cp and Dudu and Joseph are second cp.

And how she was legit crying when he was trapped by the red threads back at the Wei mansion and talking about how it’s hard to find a caring heart in the sea of people life time after life time. And then again when he said that part you mentioned when he warned the girls to be careful, she was also really crying. They also showed how XiaoWei was missing in the 9tails circle ritual like place and only WYan was looking at her empty spot. The two must’ve been closed.

So Rui’s dragon deity role is prob not the real one? lol Guess we keep waiting to see more. Heck, I wanna see the 9 dragon sons and the 7 9tails. 😆
