AX only watched one and a half episodes then judged. Don’t ever go off by her reviews. She thinks she knows everything cuz she once worked in the industry but that’s been years so she doesn’t know what the current industry is like.

There is romance between ml and fl even though it is small but their chemistry is lit. He even gives her a love token. It’s been months and I still think of how GJM treated Neo like shit along with his shit scripts for Neo and Dudu. He treated his favorites fine and they got the best scripts.

Sad and open ending with a bit of hope. Check a few episodes out to see if it’s to your liking. For sure check the OST, I find it one of best out there.

This is why don’t go off AX when she didn’t even watch 2 episodes, she judged right away like those who only judge a book by its cover.

I’m a YuanWen shipper and respect the YuanYi shippers. To me YuanWen just have that connection no one does, they understand each other without having to speak, they can sense when one is ready to step forward and do the unthinkable for the other (or others in the team). And the way he’s so protective of her is heart swooning along with their little quiet time together. That swing too! He never lets anyone else pushed it for her, showing his dominance over the others (esp YiChen) that she’s his lol

It was cute at the start, then got annoying. And then later on it was missed. 💔

She’s pretty bias and acts like she knows everything cuz she once worked in the industry as if nothing in the industry didn’t change after she left years ago. I find her bad drama reviews are some of the ones I really like. And then her good reviews are some I don’t like and question wtf kind of drug is she on lol 🤣

I’m still so broken over the drama. Of all characters out there in cdrama land, he’s the one I really wanted to get his wish. 💔 Never felt this much for a character before.

I think some found the perfect episode to stop at for the perfect happy ending. 🤣

You can pick any ship at the end of the drama and it’ll still feel right. Uh, just prepare tissues. 🤣 And water to stay hydrated!

To me (I’m for the straight romance) ml and 2nd ml do have feelings for WenXiao. Ml always saw her as a task given by his sister (WanEr) until he met her again during present timeline. It became love. Later his power/miasma took control and he almost went berserk but he ran away. You’ll see him fighting that inner demon, it even manifested and asked why won’t he give in to that power, he said it doesn’t understand then it shows how he dreams of just living peacefully with her at his place not needing or wanting such powers. The main villain even made an illusion and dragged him in and in that illusion she was there, he almost gave into the illusion of her. And even further later he gives her a love token he made, the only one in the world so he told her to not lose it. He also shows he never lets anyone pushed her swing (except for his sister WanEr).

2nd ml shows with subtle glances that he does love her but she always drew a line, making him call her aunt. The first hint to me was the signing their names and ml signing a contract with fl. And then the revelation of ml being that one friend fl thinks her master was friends with. 2nd ml even kept the flowers she gave him for years and returned it to her when he thought he was going to die, showing how much he treasured her gift and her. One of my fav is when he turned into a demon, ran away but returns to her, smiling despite the hurt and turmoil (she waited all night for him too, his smile and his tears during that scene was so beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time).

Both male leads’ simple glances shows their emotions and feelings for fl. I loved that both never turned evil to fight over her. The whole team’s friendship is everything.

There are also many shipping the two mls.
