it's honestly such a shame that with how huge k-dramas are globally that they haven't thought to change their or even try to improve their ignorance. As writers how could they not do their research and racisim towards any POC and as East Asians themselves, is a big issue that how could they not try to do better?? Probably the most uncomfortable, disappointing and quite shocking first 20 minutes of an episode ever. Such a huge star studded cast and what could have been a great show but has been ruined for many international watchers...I'm honestly not sure I should continue watching this despite loving this cast. They need real criticism without death threats etc that what they showed/ portrayed was just not ok.
I agree 30but17 does look fun & interesting, but I thought the About Time trailer looked boring and the leads…
the leads had a lot of good chemistry and the ost and lee sung kyung's singing was amazing it was just a badly written storyline with a lot of plot holes
personally for me not the best c-drama I have ever watched I got to 20 episodes before I found it very draggy and ended up skipping to the last episode
