I just thought of something. this is just a theory. so in this Bodhi village I think that divine maiden tries to kil bai shuo coz she wants yue, and bai xi jumps in and saves shuo but dies instead and the love contemplation comes from bai shi not feng yue. all the time i was sure that the love contemplation is gonna come from feng yues death or something but now i think it’s gonna come from bai xi and thinking about that is making me tear up. it coming from bai xi is more heartbreaking than it coming from feng yue for me.

tbh I don’t want chong zhao to fall for her coz man, I don’t like fu ling. the stuff she’s done are pretty gruesome. I mean she killed bai shuos father in a very sadistic way and made chong zhao kill his clan members. she basically fooled chong zhao and manipulated him even tho she physically didn’t hurt him. I don’t like her and on the other hand chong zhao is such a sweetheart. I actually feel bad for him. coz what he did to Bau shuos wasn’t even bad. he hid his identity but that’s coz it was a rule for him. he never hurt her ans always wanted to protect her. he led the downfall of his town for her sake. I know that was kinda wrong but also that quote “a hero will sacrifice their love to save the world but a villain will sacrifice the world to save their love” so here chong zhao was kinda like this at first. BUT now as i typed this I just realised we might see this side of him for fu ling in the future. it’s a 40 ep drama and we’re just at 15 so theres a lot more to come.

I don’t care what redemption arc they give her, she deserves a Painful end. what she did with bai shuos father was ruthless already and now with our dear chong zhao like girl i was shipping you both but you just ruined everything. I don’t even know how Chong zhao gonna like her anymore. like I hope it always stays one sided
