I know one foreign service but I read that it's course is mainly for person who wants to be an ambassador.

Well before I wanna be a teacher, then a dermatologist, then a cook then a photographer.. I have a lot of course in mind but i'm finding something that has to do with learning other languages. Do you know some course like that?
