Everything from start to finish was focused on their relationship, so I don't know why they shouldn't be together?…
Yes, I know you are right too, I understand what you mean. He should tell Dal Mi the truth before she found out about it herself. It would be better. But this is not the first drama to address the question of lies. I've watched similar ones, such as "That winter, the wind blows", "The innocent man", where the lies were much worse and were forgiven over time. I wish you nice watching too :)

The general stereotype is that nerds are socially awkward because they spend a huge amount of time on computers/studying and very little time socialising, meaning they never really develop good social skills/are awkward around people. You could say that Do San behaves like a stereotypical nerd, because he doesn't feel good in the presence of others and avoids being "his true self", which is associated with the disapproval of others, which is why he tried all his life to be like others, not to stand out in the crowd. Because being different is associated with exclusion from society. And a number of people commonly regarded as geniuses have been or were diagnosed with mental disorders, for example Vincent van Gogh, Virginia Woolf, John Forbes Nash Jr., and Ernest Hemingway. So maybe the screenwriter wanted to make him such a person, which is why I'm not surprised that many people perceive him negatively.

I think it was six months because that's how long they had until Demo Day. And Do San did not pretend to be anyone else then, he was always himself. He never said anything about the letters, on the contrary, he tried to distance himself from them. He did not win Dal Mi's heart with letters, but with the way he treated and helped her. At first she couldn't get used to him herself, because he was different from "Do San" from the letters, but in the end she accepted him as he is, not "as he was."

Of course the letters were real. But the person depicted in them was false. It wasn't real Do San, much less HJP.
Yes, I agree. Even HJP told Dal Mi that in the beginning he only wrote them because her grandmother asked him to do so, but that changed over time. And Dal Mi really became his pen pal.

What does a nerd look like? It's sounds as some stereotypes ;)

They were written to comfort Dal Mi and so fulfilled their expectations, which cannot be denied. But as Dal Mi herself said: they were false, not because they were written but because the person depicted in them never existed. HJP wrote them as best he could to comfort Dal Mi, but he did not introduce himself in them, but rather the person he would like to be if he had the chance. He also wanted a loving family and a happy childhood. I think that the letters brought relief not only to Dal Mi, but also to him. They really were friends, and they need each other on that time :)

Dal Mi herself said that she loves him for who he is. Does there have to be some other reason? If she hadn't loved him, she would have realized it after those three years, but no, it had only strengthened her in her feelings. Nothing else mattered. Letters consoled her 15 years ago, now she does not need them anymore. HJP was her first love because they wrote letters to each other. But he was never a person from the letters, HJP made him up; he himself spoke about it many times. They were only friends, they never were in love with each other, because they never met ;)

she was keepinh him around in case nds didnr come back
I do not think so. She just treats him like a friend or even a family member, because her grandmother likes him very much.

I wrote a comment earlier explaining that jipyeong was sincere when writing those letters and that he found comfort…

I really don't understand what Dal Mi is thinking...It took her 3+ years to reject HJP with an "I'm sorry" ??…
Because she likes him. And she is sorry that she was never able to return his feelings. I suspect she tried but it was too late. You can not force love.

the fact that there are still people who ship dodal,, are yall okay?
Everything from start to finish was focused on their relationship, so I don't know why they shouldn't be together? ;) It was never a love triangle, Dal Mi and Do San fell in love with each other. HJP love was one-sided.

I don't know if their behavior is immature. I would probably also like to show someone, who would be in conflict with me, that I am also able to achieve something. Such situations are also a motivation for action.

I think that's why I like them :) Because what kind of man would wait three years for a girl? And we have two in here. Even as a woman, I probably wouldn't wait that much :)

Yes, and this is probably the driving force behind the characters to act, because not only did Dal Mi fought with WIJ, but there are also others acting according to this principle: SST against HJP, WIJ against stepfather, WIJ's foster brother against her..

Yes, reality has no place in Korean Dreamland. That's why I like them so much, because sometimes there is no reality or logic in them. They are totally untrue ;)

As for Dal Mi's dreams, does she have any? Her dream was to show her sister that she was successful too. That's why she lied to her that she started a business with her boyfriend. It all started because Dal Mi lied to her. Did she really wanted to be CEO for herself? Or maybe she has other dreams?

The self-driving car wasn't just a Dal Mi idea, it was an inspiration coming from the entire SST team. It was the last time they met as a team and came up with the idea. And in this scene you could see how well they were building each other's ideas, complementing their thoughts. To work in such an atmosphere where everyone understands and supports each other is a real rarity. That's why Sa Ha took a photo of them as a souvenir, because she had never worked in a place where she really felt good, and this was the case at SST ;)

Title Tale of the Nine-Tailed Spoiler
Awhile back I stated a theory Yeon and Rang would have to come together to take down possessed Ji Ah, welp *sigh*…
Don't forget we still have fox bead, so Yeon is not dead yet because bread contains his memories and powers. I think if they get it back, they have a chance to reincarnate him ;) Or maybe Ji Ah, she will become gumiho and wait for Yeon to come back. Maybe at the last minute granny saved him and now they have to wait for his reincarnation?
