I know what you mean. I read some of the Viki comments, and I wonder if the viewers are actually watching the drama at all. The ones that complain, don't seem to understand the importance of the Bo'Re arc, or maybe they are new to Xianxia.
It's an interesting point you brought up. I have not considered how SJ and TTJ have similar experience. But you are right, Sanjiu was placed in a situation outside of her control, but ultimately, she and her loved ones had to pay the price. TTJ too is innocent, and no matter what he did, it seems like fate is against him.
Yexiu is in a similar position to Mingye. She literally has the three realms safety in her hands. As much as she loves TTJ, she can't prioritize him over her mission.
I love these lifetimes! Why have 1 when you can have 3, 7 or even 9 lifetimes?! Yay for more angst! 🤣🤣🤣
I haven't watched the drama, but just imagining 9 lifetimes sounds exhausting, especially when we know majority of the lifetimes include a lot of suffering.
So, I know that SOME people hate the same "recipe" for these xianxia dramas..... the 3 lives, reincarnations,…

I think it's an accurate enough depiction of real life. Sometimes we hold back the words we want to say, make…
I agree. It's easy to see the problem from the 3rd person point of view. But when it comes to experiencing the situation firsthand, emotions get in the way. Especially when there is insecurity.
I have to watch that scene again, but yeah, he is pretty much inappropriate towards her from the first episode.…
I loved the whole episode. Everything happened so organically.
The way it clicked for JJ and just went for it. And YS asking for permission to continue. I loved how he test the boundaries but would always respect JJ's wishes.

He certainly love his LoL.
They tried so hard, but were too late.
I love how they laugh so freely together. Especially Luo Yunxi.
Hopefully her daily life is less eventful.
