Zuo Meng looks so much better than the MDL profile photo! Loved the sassy and confident FL! Cute pairing here. It was fun to watch the naive FL be misunderstood by ML for some scenes. It wasn't in a bad way, but funny due to what was happening. Loved the cat ears and the steamy kiss that went with those! They should have been given more kiss scenes, lol! Ml was against their relationship, but she quickly turned him around. Really loved his mom! Awesome lady! Fun watch for me.

Thanks! Yeah, I heard the regulators really cracked down on supernatural and time travel plots. I hate when a lead dies at the end. I'm a HE person even if it's a short HE, lol.

This may be my favorite drama of Chen Si yet. He was super sweet, supportive and killed me with those hidden smiles highlighting how he felt about the FL. She was mostly smart and sassy, but shadowed by her past. Loved the height difference between the two. As often happens in these verticals when there's a one-night stand and pregnancy at the beginning, not much occurs later with kisses of any sort. There are a couple, but not sure this one truly qualified for "steamy kiss". More like the "high potential and almost steamy kiss". Too bad there's no tag for that, lol!

I saw the whole drama earlier this summer before I started tracking these on MDL. But, I've watched a ton, so not sure if I can find it in my history.
