I made the mistake to read the comments before I started to watch this show. That’s why I hesitated and kept it on my watchlist for too long. Unfortunately! I cannot understand why people wouldn’t like it. It was so funny, First and Ohm did an amazing job and even the „love story“ is beautiful. Yes, it’s not an end we would wish for but even though I wouldn’t change one thing. I laughed, I cried and was totally into the story. I binged it in one day, sacrificed my sleep and would do all over again.
Is it just me? Maybe I'm weird, I don't know but why is nobody talking about how arrogant Tol is? Don't get me wrong I love Tee as an actor and for me its one of the best shows out there right now BUT his character Tol is actually driving me crazy. How can Tin (or anyone else) like a person this arrogant? We all know he does have a cute side but heck he is so unlikeable being like this.
Its not only what he is doing to Rit (obviously to a friend?!) but how can you be this unfriendly with a visitor? Maybe there could have been another way for Tin to meet him, other than visiting his parents. But for Tol he is just a childhood friend visiting after years and nothing else. And Tin didn't do anything weird or utterly stupid while visiting, so why is Tol this way? He does not have to be overly friendly and he also does not have to like him after meeting him for the first time but this is just not ok. Its just plain unfriendly and arrogant!!!
I have never written a review before (and I watched a lot of bls) BUT I am done, I am SO done .....!
I am done with hoping it will get better. I am done with the screaming, the shouting and the hair pulling. I am done with the staring, these fucking bow scenes and the boredom. And I am done with skipping 98% of the episodes.
The only reason why I am still watching this is because of PokTong. But do you know what the worst part is? PokTong made me cringe every second in the first season and also in the second season and now I am watching it because of them. Not because I think they are better or I like their chemistry now, no, it's because the whole show is so fucking bad, that they are actually started to be the best part. I guess this is saying everything!
