Was waiting a long time for this drama and the wait was so worth it. I loved it so much that I went and read the novel in English. 🤭 I loved how realistic it was, ie. no scheming SL, no unnecessary drama or angst and story actually showed their lives after marriage, very different from other modern C-dramas. The chemistry is top-notch, definitely on my rewatch list

3rd japanese drama I've watched and I gotta say they're just not for me ...to out there (to say the least)
Jdramas that are based on mangas tend to be over the top so if you want realistic romantic jdramas, you need to watch older ones from the 90s. I strongly recommend two classics from that era - Long Vacation and Love Generation. Both have Takura Kimura (my fav actor) as ML
