Me too! Knowing how different Tess and Talay are from each other makes me want to see both their stories.

I've seen that there are 2 books for Vice Versa. Does anyone here knows if both books focuses on Talay and Puen? Or is book 2 about Tess and Tun?

It's still because of the stigma and gender stereotypes. I think heteronormative beliefs are more imposed on men than women (though I may be wrong, so feel free to correct me). Although younger generations are becoming more accepting and tolerating, there's still some (and also most, but not all, older people) who are close minded. Personally, I'm a guy at my 20s who identifies as heterosexual, and me and my sister watch BLs privately. We don't watch it on tv in our living area because we don't think our parents will be open to the idea. The culture also has a significant role, as it was more conservative in eastern countries.

I actually started watching BLs because of the pandemic. I never tried watching any before but I am an open-minded person (my college major probably helped). Yet I never openly shared to my friends that I watch BL except for 2 gay friends (we actually recommend series to each other now lol) because I don't know how they'll react. Also, watching BL actually made me more open to the idea of gender fluidity tbh.

I agree with this too.. That's why I have different standards for each country whenever I rate a drama I have finished.
