xuanhuan genre has similarities with xianxia.you can call it as a sub genre of xianxia but it has light level fantasy .beside the things you have said it also has elements like monster,spiritual power etc ,xuanhuan drama always sets in magical world where people lives like a normal human but the difference is they had more lifespan and they can learn spell to make their life more comfortable.You can google it then you will understand more.
