Yeah! It's one of my favorite dramas! I thought the female lead was really Mary Sue-ish in the beginning, but I really grew to like her. She's tough and straightforward. And at certain points, you'll feel really bad for her.
You should definitely watch it! It's worth it. ^.^

Oh, trust me when I say there are more Indians who watch K-dramas than you think. :P
