This wench is was irking my nerves since she appeared on the screen. I literally thought to myself she's going to get someone hurt. 5 minutes later she's obstructing his view while driving and hits someone. . and the guy is spineless . . ughhhhhhhhhh
This show is a vibe. It is well balanced with romance and comedy. It's an easy watch. I cant say this show does anything new, but it hits all the notes effortlessly and perfectly. At the end of an episode, I cant wait to see more.
Im watching ep. 3 and I am wondering why the Queen doesnt just tell the grand prince why he shouldn't go for walks anymore. Also she should explain clearly why it is important that all her sons do well during the cohert examinations. Her sons need to know what is at stake and then maybe they would act accordingly.
I watched this show because of how viral the show was on my TikTok feed. I just finished ep. 7. . . .I think its so popular because of the chemistry of the leads during the NC scenes. Outside of that. . . it falls flat.
Ep. 1 Why would the victim come outside of her apartment after she hears the guard obviously involved in a fight. . . like call 911 . . not open the door and ask if everything is alright. . . especially if a violent criminal is hunting you.
This drama gave me the same vibes as Love Scout. An easy watch, with likable leads, and a villain with an unjustifiable…
I feel like with this drama the one dimensional villain stuck out because it was his grandmother. His family. She was doing tooo much. Then it was all resolved in the last episode.
It was a serviceable easy to watch romcom. I enjoy the lead in other series. It was nice to see them again. I was excited to see Choi Hyun Wook try his hand at something in the romantic genre. I am excited to see what he does next.
My biggest criticism is the grandmother's character arc. It was very one dimensional. Her character was flat. This made the ending of the series fall flat, because the 'obstacle' was too simple.
I was hesitant to watch. I'm so glad I decided to hop on this train. The relationship between Mr. Choi and Ms. Jeong has perfect tension. I enjoyed peeling back the layers of their dysfunctional past.
It's definitely giving a Dexter vibe. Ms. Jeong's dark passenger has only came out to play with people who "deserve" it. Seems like she has a code. But Ms. Jeong is obviously a flawed character.
I generally love the pacing of 8 episode series in this genre. Let's see if the next 6 episodes can maintain the momentum.
