At first, I expected this drama to be like 'Flourished Peony' or 'Blossom in Adversity.' when rsb was ordered by that old lady to leave the rong family, I wanted it to be like the rsb's turning point on her journey to uncover the new trade route or something. or showing rsb's struggle to build a new tea empire to overthrow that old fox lady! It'd be so much fun and thrilling.

based on real history, the maid is princess taiping's person. but there is no record that li longji has fallen in love with the maid nor make her his concubine. so i think the series make it spicier.
