Likely just alcoholic, he’s not showing signs of drug addiction yet, but seems to use drugs more than Top does. But he’s shown dependency on alcohol I think. Just my opinion, not facts.

True, I liked that he wasn’t pretending. Mew was high and drunk I doubt Mew will remember that Top took care of him, without expecting anything in return.
