It may not be the best family drama out there but the parents here are the best mom and dad i have seen among all the family dramas i have watched. I envy those people who have parents like that. They are very loving and selfless and they are willing to sacrifice everything for the sake of their children.
I still prefer Ojakgyo brother based on the story flow and the plot. Father is Strange focuses more on the parenting part rather than the story of the other characters.
Hye Young would be a type of daughter any mother could ever wish for.. I admire this kind of woman in the world. Her weakness and strength is her family. :(
After i brought all my courage, i decided to watch this finally. This movie made me cry non-stop all throughtout the movie. How could a person do such a thing? Very inhumane! If that was my daughter, i would probably killed that psychopath and happily go to jail. I salute the bravery of this family. Thinking it was based on true story. I wish hope forgets everything and that disgusting man dies on his sleep inside the prison!
This is too wholesome for me, No sizzling smooch scene til the end. Haha But i like it, Reminiscing my high school life. I wish i had this kind of fun back then. :) I realize my senior year was very boring compared to theirs lol.
I agree with you 100%. Yes, in the beginning JW really makes a good impression & to be honest, i alsot thought he will be DS husband, But after few episodes, he's not that appealing anymore? Why? Because he didn't do anything courageous about his feelings. He always backs down & at the end of the day, choses to hide his true feelings for DS. Even if he knew she also likes him.
Unlike taek, He is honest and not afraid to express his admiration for DS. Even though his personality is so timid but when it comes to DS, He opens up bravely. i think that is the main reason DS falls for him. :)

I cant think of any better way to end this drama than how it originally ends. For me, the director wrap this drama beautifully. It ends how it should be. I don't see why people hated this drama just because they don't like the ending. I mean, there's a lot of good aspect here like the plot and the characters and of course, the insight of the story.
I am an avid kdrama watcher since i was in my teen. (11 years ago). And never did i, watches an on going drama. Well, Maybe i am an impatient person so i don't really like waiting for almost a week for just a one upcoming episode. But there's one thing that i like about this article. That is the Con's. :) I admit, there's some point where im really annoyed by accidentally reading spoilers. hahahaha. And you're right, when a drama has a lot of episodes, even if the plot is really interesting and the reviews are good, i usually end up getting it out on my PTW list. There some times that, when i really really like the drama, i would watch it but skipping a lot of scenes. huhu.
