I was going to start watching(binging the 10 episodes that have released) and then watch it every week. Should I or should I like wait to start until next week and prepare myself?

Okay, I read the whole thing because I felt that we may have the same concerns. First of all, you almost lost…
Thank you for correcting me about Jungwoo’s name. I wrote this as soon as I could so that I wouldn’t forget anything. I have since edited his name. Also thank you for this comment. I appreciate that you took time to read this. I also think an over-thinker can be a really tough not to crack open, so I’m gonna leave the rest of my thoughts until after the final two episodes next week. But what I am 100% sure of is that nothing will prevent this from being one of my top three favorite KBL/BL dramas.
Ok, so I don’t know if I should be writing this in the comments or the discussion section but I figured I would just write it in the comments so I can see what other people think. Excuse me ahead of time if there’s like mistakes or something or if things are repeated there’s just a lot I have to say and I’m like speaking into my device rather than typing this out by hand.
Well, I first wanted to say that I’m in love with this drama. I don’t think anything is going to prevent me from having this be one of my top favorite dramas ever, that being said I do have a lot to say about the two most recent episodes. I love that they finally got together and so far it seems to be doing ok, but let’s get into it.
Episode five was probably like peak “service” I don’t mean that in any bad way it’s just that I love how we got the lovey-dovey moments between them. As some people would see it as “service” like I always say no matter the drama I feel like it’s always good to have some fluff in there. There’s nothing wrong with that. Then there’s the dramas that are like pure fluff or the majority of it is like lovey-dovey moments, but this episode I mean it seems like Jiwon finally had his time to think and make a decision. At the same time you have Jungwoo who isn’t pushing himself towards him. He was respectful, didn’t keep his distance, but he was respectful enough to like flirt with him to the point where it wasn’t too overbearing, especially when he was still kind of acting sweet by asking him to go to the movies proceeding to flirt with him while in the movie. Just the way he came across wasn’t overbearing. It was respectful and it proved that he was giving time for Jiwon to think it over. By the end of the episode obviously he seems to have thought through everything and in the process of them talking about it, even though it came to the conclusion that he liked him and he wants to date him, you can hear by him starting to first explain it that he has those insecurities. Which rightfully so, due to this being the first relationship he’s been in, but it ultimately works out. Also after they were making out, they were being all lovey and not forceful/sexual or anything. You can clearly tell that there is romantic feelings between them and not just sexual feelings.
OK now episode six. My main “problem” I use that word very loosely here because I feel like that’s a very strong word to use but at the time I don’t know another word I could use for it. The main thing is that I feel like Jiwon is giving me whiplash. I completely understand his insecurities and everything considering that this is his first relationship. He doesn’t really know what’s going on. He is still somewhat more of an introvert so he probably hasn’t been around a lot of people or had a lot of friends that have/are in a relationship to where he has that experience or that knowledge of how people act. But, what gets me is that there are two significant parts in the episode that are kind of like a whole 180. The first is when both of them go to the room and they’re like talking because they wanna be alone and spend some time together. When they’re hugging Jungwoo tells Jiwon how he really wants to show off that they’re in relationship and then Jiwon agrees and also said he really wants to as well due to the fact that they both really love each other. The second scene which is a complete 180 from this is towards the end when they’re hugging after Enoh and Seungjin left. When they’re having that discussion and Jungwoo asks him if he doesn’t want them to know(which is a little weird to me through the fact that the four of them are super close, and that the other two seem to be genuinely his really good friends to the point where I don’t think they would say anything about them, but that’s a whole other thing) then Jiwon proceeds to embrace him, apologize, and then continue to say that he doesn’t want anyone to know about their relationship, but wants to keep acting like friends in front of other people like they do now and then be in a relationship secretly. Like I said before it’s probably because he’s so insecure that he’s never been in a relationship before so he’s not sure how to act at all. He just seems maybe a little pressured due to him knowing that he’s in a relationship with somebody who’s been in relationships before and who most likely hasn’t been in a relationship with another man, but what I’m trying to say is that Jungwoo is clearly doing so much to show that he’s totally comfortable that he wants to kind of keep this down low and everything and he’s still showing how much he loves him and everything, but you can clearly see how he’s being hurt due to the fact that Jiwon is saying all these things just because he doesn’t want anyone to find out. Like one moment you’re telling your other half that you really wanna show them off because you’re proud or whatever you are and then, who knows how many days later, you’re saying you actually don’t want anyone to know. I think what I’m feeling is due to the fact that he has concerns that are valid but at the same time your other half is clearly being hurt by your actions or your words. I’m not saying it’s Jiwon’s fault but again Jungwoo isn’t really doing anything to announce to anybody because he knows you’re not comfortable with it. Especially when all of you guys were talking and everything and then just because Enoh made a comment about Jiwon being the boy he likes he then gets so defensive and just spits out whatever comes out of his mouth which then puts Jungwoo on the spot to answer questions, which he is also probably not comfortable answering. Then you proceed to say he’s actually in a relationship with a girl which “forces” him to lie to two of his close friends about a relationship with somebody he’s not even in because you don’t want to admit to them that you’re the one in the relationship with him and also because Seongwu loves Jiwon so much and won’t say anything about them since he doesn’t want anyone to know.
Then proceed to these new episodes. From the little episode teaser that came out, I don’t know how to feel. It seems like in the next episode we’re gonna be getting a lot of angst, which is obviously understandable due to the fact that this is a drama and there’s gotta be some form of struggle so that they can move past it and become stronger. But at the same time, I don’t know how to feel because we already know that Jiwon has his insecurities, and how much of an introvert he is, so I feel like it’s not gonna go well at first. It seems like their relationship is probably going to get exposed by who knows what means. Also seems like this other friend of Jiwon’s might try to come in the way or whatever and then there’s gonna be tension between them because one of them is probably thinking the worst. I don’t know. My thing is just, I feel like Jiwon has so much insecurities that he’s kind of 2x as stressed as he normally should be. He’s probably making up for the stress that Jungwoo isn’t really feeling too much. He’s also most likely definitely overthinking about what would happen to them if the relationship gets exposed, he’s mainly thinking of what will happen to Jungwoo’s career. I understand being concerned but he has tried to reassure him multiple times but Jiwon just won’t let it go. At the same time you have Jungwoo, who seems to be completely understanding and also seems to be, not submissive, but seems to be going along with how Jiwon feels and the decisions that he is making or whatever he’s comfortable with. He’s not expressing disdain or whatever, he’s understanding and kind of just accepting the fact that it’s what’s happening and he’s still in love with him even though it’s clearly hurting him.
Please, if you read through this whole thing, tell me your thoughts.
I usually wait for shows to fully release before watching but I wanted to watch this one so bad. I regret that…
I'm the same way I really really really wanted to wait until it was over with but, I couldn't resist seeing the chemistry between these two. So now I have to patiently wait for the new episodes,.
Wait I'm confused. So are the next two episodes dropping on Wednesday, the 18th or Thursday, the 19th? I'm only asking because the episode guide and the “aired on” part says on Thursday but on the countdown it says Wednesday at 4:00.
Can someone please spoil things for me? Do Jeong Hyeon and Cheol Ung get together? Do they both have actual feelings for each other or does he not really like her? Also how does this end? Does someone die?
Can someone please spoil for me? Does Da Hee break up with that guy she was supposed to marry? I saw the clip of where he was making out with that other chick. Also does Da Hee and Jae Seok end up together? I don’t mind the spoiler
