Her main target, she could have killed him and done with her revenge. Until the last moment why the hell did she keep him alive while killing all the innocents? If killing others or kidnapping others are possible for her why can't she just finish her both targets early? Then she could have escaped from crime as statute of limitations will expire after 20 years.
