We don't know about their Ending because in novel they lived for 10 years at least and had two children as well. LZ suicide after 10 years of painful PTSD and SR died in another war zone. That was more sad for me. Drama was less sad and painful comparing to the novel.

I feel bad for many chinese Male actors when makers don't use them properly and gives them roles of simp and stalker but here they clearly use CYZ with his potential.

Ep 39 why they made him kneel down to propose despite of he is on recovery stage, there are many way made propose scene romantic even without kneeling down. In my opinion she didn't deserve that propose after she aborted their child and became sterling. That was unforgivable mistake from her side. She didn't even apologise for that to him. Writer and director made her character miserable in drama like really how someone so cruel to aborted her child for revenge. She don't deserve person like ML here.
