I have a bunch of friends in the middle east. I actually have some family members too in Saudi Arabia. Flying to Florida, my friend tagged me along to watch the Arctic Monkeys. :) CSI is awesome! I like the New York version the best just because I lived there. Hahaha. I can relate.

I'm in Philadelphia right now. I'm actually on a halt with my drama watching because of my upcoming trip tomorrow. I do plan on watching Tokyo Girl tonight. :) What is this U.S. show that you're watching? If you don't mind, where are you in this world?

I won't say that I already outgrew it.(Anime-wise) I still listen to themesongs by Wands and Akira Kushida. As per dramas, yeah, I'm watching newish(Anything that got made within the last 10 years I consider "newish") ones. How about you?

When I was growing up, yes. They actually aired a bunch of 80s and 90s animes there. That's the reason why my knowledge of "new" animes is pretty much non existent. Haha. There's a certain charm to the old style of drawing.

Yeah, there was an anime, but like Ranma, it ran for like 100+ episodes I think! There you go, Ito Misaki! Don't worry, by the time Sapuri and Maison Ikkoku(I saw screenshots) came out, she's already meatier. You're comment about how skinny she was actually reflects my reaction to Haruka Ayase when I saw her in Sekachu. :P I actually just need to procrastinate to fill those spots up. I'll probably do it tomorrow!!

I can probably breeze through this in just one day hahah. Speaking of Rumiko Takahashi, I'm actually planning on watching Maison Ikkoku. I forgot the name of the girl but she's the lead for Densha Otoko and Sapuri so I kinda know what to expect. And like Sapuri, she's playing the elder woman role again.

Well, I just don't like the execution of the Host Club bit on the manga. :) I do remember that ambush scene!!! :D You're right, Kame did a lot to this drama. I might say that his performance here is very underrated. Then again, you really need a wild imagination for this drama to fully digest it. Everything is pretty much "hard to believe" which makes it AWESOME for my tastes. I'm glad I found a fellow fan. :)

Hahahhaa Well, Sister Angela has her Baka moments too. :P I love that episode where she got really jealous. As for Kosaku? Love Punch Love Punc Love Punch Love Swing!!! Honestly? I like this version more than the manga.

Hi!! Glad to hear from you! :) I love Ichi, especially that first bit where she cut that perv's fingers off. That was so badass. As per My Boss, My Hero, I think I'll download it then. I've seen it floating around in people's list. :) I also finished a nice comedy drama which is Shibatora. It's really something else. It's a comedy but it has very dark themes. It's an odd ball. :) You didn't tell me that it was your first J-drama but you did mentioned to me that Haruka Ayase is really funny on it and it made you a fangirl :)

One thing I realized is that most of the dramas that I give a 9 or a 10 is usually a 6 or a 7 on other's list and vice versa. :) Yeah, mood really plays a lot with your viewing experience. :)

I haven't seen Zettai Kareshi yet but it could be. :P The defining moment of Cyborg She is the last few seconds. They really did a great job with the twist. As for Hotaru, I have a little bias towards Bucho just because I find Teshima really bland and uninspired. :P

I agree with episode 1, but once you get to episode 2, you'll get hooked. Then again, this statement is a little bit biased because I am a fan of the genre. The review is spot on by the way.

I downloaded it via torrent. :) I don't really prefer streaming. :)
