Guys if you are planning to read the manhwa look for "Who Can Define Popularity?" It is completed and has 70 chapters only. You will have the backstory of the Da Un, with side couples +GL couples.
I just wanted to say there's a beautiful Korean short BL called "blueming".it's so good .the acting is excellent.if…
I am currently reading the manhwa "Who Can Define Popularity" where this series was adapted. And there's another one coming soon called "The Director Who Buys Me Dinner" adapted from the manhwa of the same title.
EP 6 - the drinking party scene reminds of of the welcome party of their first day as trainees in TS father's company. The scene with Yuri (the girl got burned by TS ) reminds me of what happened to Mr. Yoon, the office team leader whom seduced HB and later turned to TS and seduced him at the hotel and later sexually assaulted him at the office rooftop.. The only difference is that those scenes ended up with a wild and steamy sex.
when the characters get to uni is the last couple episodes you will see consent talked about and it will become…
The stalker of HB, the fake GF of TS, TS working part-time at a coffee shop where he meets his ex-GF, any of these could be the next conflict on the remaining episodes if it follows the Manhwa.
So,,,,,next EP (6), I suspect that they will make the " fake GF thing" a big deal. I remember someone from the manhwa commented that the author failed to induce a deep and more complex conflict on the the couples' relationship by showing a strong bond and a sense of pure love between them. Anyway, I'm excited for next episode.
I read a lot of love triangle stories in webtoons/manhwas and I really love watching LOVE TRIANGLE BL tropes. It's more exciting to watch compared to other concepts in BL story-telling. I hope Hyun Woo will fall for the right guy.
The acting in this Thai BL is better compared to other Thai Bls out there. The story seems unique and refreshing. I stopped watching Thai BLs recently but I will give a chance for this one. I was a little bit disappointed with the tripping scene/accidental kiss though (another overused cliche in BL shows)....... but over all EP. 1 is not bad at all.
Binged the first 4 episodes. Pleasantly surprised at how faithful it was to the manhwa (although the 3rd ep camping…
As far as I remember, the camping trip happened somewhere in Season 3 or 4 of the Manhwa before they got married. The thing I'm sure which was not shown in the Manhwa is Haeboom working in the flower shop.
How's this compared to the Manhwa? I'm a fan of the manhwa series so I kinda am skeptical of this.
Just like SE, this live adaptation did not 100% followed the source material (Manhwa) but still the main plot remains the same and its so good to watch since every episode is getting better and better, plus the actors really nailed their characters. Good acting especially the Uke.
(My opinion only + SPOILER) - The manga 'The Circumstances in My Home's Bathtub', ( Orenchi no Furo Jijou) is Shounen Ai but this series is not BL nor bromance. I call this series GAY BAITING, to attract audienc from the LGBTQ communities. Since Bruce Hung (He) ang Kent Tsai are well established Taiwanese actor, maybe they did not sign (agree) to make a pure BL show.
Ep 4 - Kudos to the actors and what a great performance especially from (Jin Uk) in the breakdown scene. He nailed his character as Haeboom and matches it in the Manhwa.
It's weird seeing Taesung in the live action without his silver colored hair and puppy eyes, LOL! Anyway I'm waiting for some spicy scenes in the next episodes since it has 15+ ratings here on MDL.
REQUESTING A SPOILER:Can someone who's read the manwha tell me if the ensuing dramatic conflict will be the mother…
Spoiler Alert!!!!
If we will talk about the Manhwa/Webtoon in general, there are lots of conflicts to be handled by the MCs. I think the ongoing series will only cover their early lives as students in HS and some parts of their college life (Season 1 and 2 of the Manhwa) where bullying is the main issue. Regarding the mother finding about their relationship is not so dramatic since she is very supportive of the two MCs. In the later part of the Manhwa we can witness how Taisung will protect Haeboom not only from bullies but from stalkers, how he will manage to convince his mother to move out of the house and live together with Haeboom, how they will handle prejudices, and how Taisung stands up against his father. They will also both handle temptations that even lead to sexual harassment. I am also intrigued which of these conflicts the show will focus in the later episodes.

Sorry for the confusion.
Over all this episode is so cute.
