Correct...the very reason why I prefer Bara over Yaoi. Women authors are terrible when it comes to man to man sex / bed scene scenarios both in novels and comics.

Yup! BL/yaoi Manga common trope: homophobic straight men rape weak and innocent gays if they are drunk and if they have grudges against them...Yaoi Manga is a product of women's sexual perversions and fantasies.

Plus, it seems Sanada is very homophobic (he saw Ren and Yagami went in a gay bar). And during the crime, he was intoxicated. It is not fully depicted in the Manga that Ren was fully raped. During the process Kazuma recorded the audio of Sanada saying he was guilty assaulting women.

But in the manga...Sanada has all the reason to hunt Ren because nobody ever pushed him to the limit. He was being able to hide behind the higher ups back to escape his crimes. He realised then, Ren is a pain in the ass for the moment even during their first meeting in earlier episodes. He also knows Ren is serious in investigating his crimes against women.

Sure, he got traumatized after what happened and at the same time he was successful in pinning down Sanada of all his crimes.

At the end, Sanada will suffer the price of all his evil deeds and justice will be given to all his victims and the boys will have their happy ending as well.

They tried to have sex but Ren ended up sick/ throwing up. Ren was marked by Kazuma (remember in ABO).

He was been raped by Sanada before Kazuma arrived. They found traces of Sanada's semen on Ren's shirt and was later used as evidence for the SA.

For me, this is the best episode so far. As expected the conversation between Yagami and Kazuma is really good although not as detailed and explicit like in the manga. For those looking for a happy ending....see you in the finale✌️

As an Addicted Heroin fan....100 percent agree with you regarding BLY vs Su Yu. BLY portrays a non generic uke in Addicted. He is also a bad ass in the novel.

Yeah, I've seen on twitter. They started the audition for the casts...can you imagine a lot of actors tried to audition. Addicted is really famous. Anyway, I think they'll gonna tone down some disturbing/explicit scenes from the novel....hoping so.
