I just finished the drama and i can say that at first it started so good then i felt like it's on a roller coaster but the five last episodes were just good for me. I am relieved it's a happy ending. Hope to see Yi Ran in another better drama as i like this actor.
That's the first time i watch Chinese drama with a complexed character and psychological problem of a FL and i love how the story is and the actress potraying it. She has different wounds and trauma and faced a lot of trials and tragedies. The same with ML he suffered a lot and lost his brother and many people (his soldiers), he spent years in a wheelchair living with guilt and remorses. I can't wait more to see how the both will deal with all this and help each other to heal, and take revenge.
We knew today what happened to Ye Li and her mom, for sure next episodes there will be another heartbroken story of what happened to Ye Li and people in Lishan Academy, our poor FL had faced terrible tragedies. I am looking to see how Yao now can help her to heal and overcome all this.
I think some actors really need constant acting lessons and classes, like am watching this drama and one thing…
I am sorry but Bai Lu and Cheng lei nailed it in this drama, she is potraying this complex character very well and Cheng Lei's expressions and acting are so well done plus, the chemistry is insane between them.
Ye Li's mom was a tragic story and they both suffered. It's understandable she has trauma and hallucinations. Yao now is deeply in love with her . Fortunately he could save her from killing her grandma. This drama is getting even better, the story, acting and the beautiful OST especially instrumental i can't wait for next episodes
