I’m sad we only got the phone calls and nothing else this episode. The last 2 eps have been short compared to the first 3… hope we get more in the future because i really do enjoy this show

It wasn’t part of the novel. Honestly they could’ve stretched out the part where Mark went back home instead putting in random scenes. I was disappointed that they just rushed that part since it was an important time for Mark. He was there for quite a while but the show didn’t make it seem that way. The boxing plot was definitely a filler lol

It really did. Mark staying quiet made no sense at all. Since when was he ever avoiding rejecting someone he isn’t interested in? (Gonna ignore Nuea cause he didn’t want to hurt someone who he is kinda close with). Idk it’s like all these characters glitched for a day🧌

Sad that we never got Vee yelling ‘’i love you’’ in front of everyone at that bar. Idc abt a song, we got robbed

One thing about ep 9 (spoiler warning for those who haven’t watched it) I don’t understand besides why it exists is why no one, especially Mark, told this boxer guy that his behavior is inappropriate. ‘’I don’t like you’’ ‘’i’m not interested in you, please stop bothering me’’ ‘’You’re being weird, leave him alone’’ are all things they could’ve said to tell him once and for all that Mark doesn’t want anything to do with him. He probably knew that Mark was really uncomfortable since his facial expressions and the way he reacted to these situations conveyed discomfort and annoyance, but why would an asshole like him back off when he isn’t directly told to fuck off. He was literally harassing Mark and weirdly touching him without his consent which is just freaking gross. Also the fact that he just opened his shower stall, knowing that he was in there, is so out of line. I’m just confused because Mark was never someone to let things like this happen to himself. He stood up for himself in the past and he wouldn’t just let some random guy harass him like that. I feel like he was super out of character and not himself in the first part of that episode.

Also don’t really get why they felt the need to bring out Ploy again. She played a huge part in the misunderstandings between Vee and Mark and Vee would never intentionally act the way he did this ep, when Mark is right next to them. So many things that made no sense. Vee is literally chasing after Mark right now there’s no way he would let anything (especially Ploy) come between them again and mess this up even further.. like what was that behavior? Literally gave everyone in that room ‘’they’re back together’’ vibes. Weird

I never said that lol. He’s just not as bad as in the novel. I don’t like him either way
