i decided to give this another chance and continued watching some eps. I’m on ep 6 so far and the constant product placement is killing me. Like go get those coins but atp they’ll try to sell the beds they’re sleeping on. I usually find PP hilarious but it’s kinda distracting me here.

I definitely don’t hate this as much as I did when it started airing and it’s cute in a goofy way lmfao but this definitely isn’t GeminiFourths best work. This gives me the giggles, it’s so unserious😭

Fr I cant help thinking abt how the jp versions pacing felt really nice and the plot was way more coherent even tho the eps are like 1/3 of the thai eps length. Everything just makes sense.
No idea why they felt the need to prioritize a musical/play instead of a confession scene that plays a really huge role in Atoms and Matmis relationship😩

I did not enjoy ep 2. GeminiFourth are great actors and I loved their past projects but the acting isn’t doing it for me in this one. The plot feels rushed because there’s hardly any showcase of emotions that make me believe that Atom likes KT. Their chemistry is really off and the characters feel like completely different people compared to the source material.
I don’t like some of the changes they made to the plot and honestly I’m a bit disappointed that they changed up the cinderella part so drastically, it didn’t have that same feeling as the OG storyline.
I’ll honestly just try to forget the jp version and the manga while watching the upcoming eps lol

Literally one of my fav Mangas and they did pretty good on the first ep it was hella entertaining hahah. Their chemistry is so natural I can’t wait for more eps this will be soo good.

I feel like they could’ve wrapped this whole thing up differently tho. His son finding him randomly years later just put a huge ? on my face lol.

I get your point and in RL I’d probably act like that too ngl but it just didn’t have any effect on me whatsoever and kinda left the ending feeling very empty fast paced.

I didn’t want to call it that but I thought so too while watching💀Kinda gave me the creeps how he kept getting close to Tongrat. Relationships like that typically aren’t my cup of tea so I’ll probably drop this after a couple of eps anyway. But let’s see maybe I’ll change my mind.

Ngl ep 1 made me kinda uncomfortable. Why is Mut so pushy and annoying? Hopefully I’ll enjoy ep 2 a bit more. The trailer didn’t look bad.
The cinematography is beautiful tho.

A 7 is trash on MDL. Anything below that is straight up terrible. I agree that it’s weird but it just works like that on here lol.

I kinda enjoyed the first 3 eps but.. what the hell happened after that💀The plot was bad and they tried way too hard to make us viewers be sympathetic towards bullies by giving them some half assed ‘redemption arc’ that made no sense. The acting was okay but pls that Woojin guy’s raised brow expression was so bad I had to giggle. Also Jae-i and Ri-an’s relationship is so weird. Who wrote this.

That’s unfortunate. But why would anyone film a show without permission… Idk Chinese laws but where I live this would still pose as a legal issue since they’re basically stealing the authors OG idea? Well hopefully we’ll get to see this show soon

Ending it off with an entire episode of them just being cute and happy instead of just 20 mins like usual? This is the most satisfying final ep I’ve seen in a very long time😭😭They somehow managed to make typical cringy scenes feel so romantic ahahahah I’m so sad LR is over. Adding this to my list of comfort dramas.

Same the new title doesn’t have that same feeling. They shouldn’t have changed it. But it still shows up as the Legend of rosy clouds in my TBW list lol

I'm on episode 7, and their development feels so weird to me. The entire progression of the show actually. Maybe that's what was intended, but something about BGJ's feelings (whatever they may be) towards DDH feels unreal. The pacing is so random with a lot of aspects of TAF lol. It's not bad tho. I'm still enjoying it. It's a cool concept and DDH’s family is kinda hilarious.
