The ending was so unexpected. So ML in the past had actually killed someone because he was jealous of his life. He buried his body in the same manhole which, now, he's stuck in. Then went to a plastic surgeon and got the face of the guy he killed and lived his life for years until one day the girlfriend of the guy he killed planned his murder in the same manhole he killed her bf. She sensed he wasn't the same guy years ago and (somehow) found out he killed him. At the end, she comes to the manhole in disguise as his current gf and gets him out. Then she kills him with the unexpected and random help of one of the online helpers from his SNS account.
