One question, because of that one scene where Kang Pi O destroyed that watch and we saw a picture of Choi Jeong Yo in his box befoe even it was possible for him to take one together, did that indicate that Kang Pi O came from the future? Because he dreamt of killing him and suddenly woke up. Did that mean he came back just to save his bro?
But I am also surprised, after both of them acting so many strong dramas, the decided to act in this one. I wonder why they chose this drama. (Not complaining though, I am soo happy, like this is my dream cast)
The tension! This might be better than a bl. The fact they chose one of my favourite actors makes me happy, and the two were perfectly chosen as their acting is perfect for this role. <
But tbh in ep2 I literally thought I was watching a bl. I have been watching soo much of bl that I forgot that bromance exists too.
For those sad about it not being a bl, just imagine them as a couple in your dreams or just watch another bl. But I might just as well right on wattpad a fanfiction of them! (probably after the series is done.)
I agree. The first half of POJ was very good the pace was very high, I can say it has the best 10 eps in a historic…
Truee!!! I am happy to finally find someone with my opinion, as I usually got yelled and fully bashed at whenever I said that I liked BoP more than PoJ
Damn this put a toll on my brain. 8 hours later it is 8:36 a.m. I watched the final episode. This was one hell of a episode. But someone please explain, so the cop and Je Mun Jae are not brothers? Because in court the cop said "I recently found my uncle, but though we aren't related by blood, he was like a father to me..". Did that sentence indicate that they are not brothers?
And also, people may take the main leads side, but he is trash as hell. The guy who stole his identity had a reasonable excuse, but was still also trash, as he had also other people get killed, like for example that guy in the beginning who's daughter he had kidnapped.
But imagine setting this all up for revenge just for the other person (mc) to not even remember his deeds, as he was high on drugs.
There was no who is the bad rat in this series or who was the better person, both were evil trash. One destroyed through rumours a girl's life, stole another guys works, was high on drugs and so jelous he thought of himself as the other guy; the other kidnapped, stole money and instigated others to murder, which led to the former (mc) to try and kill the latter. Innocent people were killed, through Noja and the mc escaping (i.e. the 3 policemen), and through the other guy. Both "rats" are evil.
The fact that this actor played both guys and made them seem so different in demeanour, clearly deserves an award. Everyone acted soo well and the production and everything was not only well done but excellent! The cinematography was art and the story was well written (though the ending could've been slightly different, but that's only me and I think it was written that way as there might be a season 2, I suspect)
Tbh I have slight headache now and should probably rest, but yeah that just proves how good it is.
My rating: Story: 9.6, Mental health: 5 (you will probably watch it in one sitting), Acting: 9.9, Visualization: 9.9, Rewatch Value: 6, Creativity: 9.75, Realism: 8.9, Music: 5.5 (it was always that one same sound, the same one I always heard on Insta Reels when watching creepy reels)
Tbh Blossoms of Power was the best one for me. It was even better than Pursuit of Jade (in my opinion). Like, I really loved PoJ, but Idk, BoP was so exhilarating. There was not even a single boring moment, like it was like a dopamine shot every second. I agree that the ending was kinda rushed, but it was still so good that the drama in whole made up for it.
My ranking: 1.BoP, 2. PoJ, 3. Road to Splendor, 4. ...etc
