Ughhh why'd the main guy have to die at the end I really wanted the 3 of them to survive, there's always this one annoying selfish character that hurts everyone. If not for him our mc could've stayed with his daughter and that gorgeous pregnant lady -_-
I fell for him in Saimdong long ago, today I saw him in an edit and remembered him! What's so special about him is that he's adorable but sexy in a way, cute but hot and charming but fierce . Iconic. Did I mention his acting! Marvelous.
My favorite thing in the drama was the king's theme. From his clothes, sharpness, his color theme, his aura everything except for the fact that he's overly suspicious. But I need to say this. His kingly clothing were POWERFUL , lushly rich. Gold, black, red and white - perfect match. Out of all the historical dramas I watched I think this one really seemed like a king/ emperor. Usually kings I see would wear that one orange plain attire. I don't know how to explain but I guess these were very dramatic and suited a king, much more Vin Zhang himself. And the character too. Although he was very cool and sharp, his smile was pure and bright. Not to over exaggerate but the actor, the character and his theme were hands down the best ever ( ish ).
It's a decent drama but quite long to finish damn.
The ending was so tragic and painful to watch I should have cried. I can't cry I'm numb lmao ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I liked the twisted part when they both die it was unique in the kdrama world ◔̯◔
