I agree, a lot of people thinks that we're watching the series just because of the NC, which is not true. I started watching this series because I really wanted to know Tharn and Type's story since LBC, and because of Mew, but now is way more than that. I love almost all the characters, I've found some situations relatable to some moments in my life, I also found unique that I can understand both characters POV(I understand why Type acted the way he did in episode 8, and somehow what he does in episode 9 preview), and just like you said, this series portrays the main characters just as human beings, showing you their virtues and flaws. I won't deny that the NC are hot and sexy, but that will never be the main reason for watching or liking TharnType.

Right now I'm currently watching the other BLs that are been broadcasted, UWMA, Dark Blue Kiss and History 3: MODC. Waiting patiently for The Gifted: Graduation :D.

Look, the main problem in your post is that you're criticizing a series without haven't even watching it, so you're basing your critic in someone else's opinion, not your own. There is no rape in this series, trust me, the only issue that you could probably have is with consent, but if you liked TinCan, then you won't have a problem with that, because if I remember correctly, TinCan's first kiss was without consent(from Can's part). Also Tin bought gifts and gave them to Can to later use them as an exchange for kisses, so he kind of forced Can to kiss him. Don't get me wrong, I love TinCan, is my favorite LBC's couple!!!! The thing is, you should give this series a chance, see if it is for you or not, and then write your opinion about it. Yes, it isn't perfect, but is so relatable to real life situations, you can also understand each character POV and Type's character development is huge, even so he still has a long way to go...
