I understand you point, but majority of these are masked men they infiltrated the city without trouble, and my point was how it’s so annoying to plan all these to provide for the homeless victims, but people who knew nothing about it were caught in the middle, watch the writers treat those deaths lightly and somehow celebrate victory for getting grains and killing bandits
