the main story is all over the place and lackluster but the acting and chemistry between characters carries this. I hope to see first and khao in many more series together. I know some are upcoming and this makes me excited for those if nothing much else
The story was preeetty problematic and a bit slow at times but honestly for the character of Yiwha and the acting and visuals of maxtul it's nearly worth it.
honestly as a debut they are a fantastic couple and I can't wait to see more of them! also so glad to see some toxic tropes being reshaped. is it perfect? nope and the director and editor have missed the mark quite a bit but the actors and the story on paper are really good and I'm glad that they've included things like therapy and safe sex and antidepressants in this so well. refreshing to see a Thai bl talk about such things
Totally agree with you about the physical intimacy. I think GMMTV is now so afraid of the SJW/prude/church-lady…
totally agree. Their chemistry was great and the cut scene looked really good. I don't think it was even that sexual just a shame that the actors beautiful work got cut out. Either way as I say, beautiful series but now and again I was like...can we just have like one little peck to show a little more intimacy? but hey ho
I really enjoyed this. I absolutely loved the representation of so many different types of love, connection and also disability which is rare to see. The cinematography was absolute beautiful, as was the acting. sometimes the cut between scenes was weird? and I'm sad they cut the NC scene in ep1 as it looked really good. would have liked to have seen a little bit more intimacy between them in general but it didn't take away from the show and I loved it.
Their acting in this felt better than other series but the writing was just a bit naff. it was mid overall. certainly not my favourite but it had potential
