What got me frustrated was Ep. 25-26 . I really thought it was very unfair of Xi Fan's mother to put the burden on He Su Ye . He’s dating her daughter & the distrust & honesty goes out the window for them now because of it. How unfair to He Su Ye to make such a promise . Sure the mother probably would’ve been stupid & refuse to treatment or whatever . And finding out enough to cause a rift in their relationship. I really thought it was selfish and unfair. I get it her mother didn’t want her to worry about her until everything was out. But you know what that’s not an honest way to live. I was young and I had to deal with my mother dying of a brain tumor. They didn’t keep anything from me because you have to get strong and prepare yourself and I was 15 years old . The mother should’ve thought what she was putting on his shoulders was unfair. Like I said this part really angered me and I knew that she would find out and be angry with him. This trope always pisses me off . Sure, He Su Ye could’ve said I can’t keep the promise because this will happen with our relationship if she finds I hid it from her. Mother, sick or not, it was unfair to put that burden on him. Sorry but this is one trope that make me livid.

The level of evil in this drama is high. Greed, lies , so disgusting. Just hard watching the garbage going on & how some characters are so clueless while others lie, manipulate & walk all over them

Yeah I don’t see that person being able to be redeemed totally unacceptable. She should go to jail you name it. That other daughter-in-law gets all the crap because of it, And she lost her husband because of that ( bleep )
I’m currently on Ep. 7 . So terrible what that so called “mother” did & caused to everyone. The death, and other despicable things . She doesn’t deserve redemption. Omg . Horrible person. And that one guy that helps her cover up should be punished too. Horrible. This drama is gonna be the death of me I’m gonna try to hold on to the end. The little girl should stay far away from that person as possible.

Imagine her home life . Picked up her nosy habits with no boundaries & invade adult privacy. Hated what happened. Parents definitely didn’t teach her about boundaries for sure ( should’ve locked the door of course )
