I wish that they had actually made Can have ADHD. I wish they had made Can more self aware that he has attention problems, and that they made it into a plot point how he might struggle in school, or how his family has had to adjust to help him at times. I feel like every here and there in the show the writers lightly touch this topic, especially in those scenes where Can freaks out about his abilities and weaknesses, but they never quite explicitly label Can as having ADHD. I think it would have added a more serious note to Can (and to his family) and in general would have made his character more interesting. Instead we just get characters every now and then chuckling and thinking "How cute/frustrating, Can is just like a five-year-old child."
Okay, I am only a few episodes in, so maybe this changes later on, but I am not loving how Mo Yeon keeps complaining about Shi Jin having to cut their dates short/not being able to tell her things. Like, if that stuff is confidential it is confidential and she --as a doctor-- should understand and respect that kind of thing.
I am waffling on watching this or not because I wasn't really interested in Tin and Can in season 1. I was really interested in Tum and Tar though, but I haven't heard much about them this season when reading through the comments and posts and such on this so far. Have they shown up yet? Do they have a more prominent storyline? Is it worth watching this for them? I was thinking of waiting until the whole show has aired before watching, but I am beginning to get curious what's going on and ughhhhh I am torn between watching and waiting!
