I enjoyed the first several episodes, but I'm really struggling the last few ep (on ep 24 rn). Does it pick back up?

seeing from the comments that the romance sub plot is between XFN and JN? Doesn't it literally say that she is 12 in the synopsis???? this must happen after a time lapse right?

I'm confused. On MDL it says 38 episodes of the drama are out, but there are only 26 on viki. Is there somewhere else to watch the episodes?

After dropping it last year, I just rewatched and finished the entire thing and I 1000% recommend this drama. I really enjoyed the pacing as well as the balance between the political and romance aspects of the drama. The characters are beautifully developed and the emotions that play out through the story had me captivated. I think as far as the romance aspect, it gave me similar vibes to Scarlet Heart Ryeo or Mr. Sunshine, so do with that what you will.

I just noticed that this drama was airing on Disney+, but I can't find it? Where should I watch it?

The suspense was great and all, but I just couldn't get over the brain transplant story arc. It was just ridiculous,,,, it's been like 5 months since I finished this show and I can't get over how disappointing that aspect was. PLUS I showed it to one of my friends who hasn't really watched kdramas before because it was so good those first several episodes and then they hit us with that?? so embarrassing....

I'm sorry you had to experience that. Personally, I don't get the hate that this drama gets. I mean it could have been better considering the cast and the writer, but it's a good one to just watch with your left brain in the back seat lol. Personally, I just watched it in fast forward so that I could finish it cause I almost dropped it around ep 10 but the end was really beautiful so I'm glad that I did end up finishing it.

the beginning of ep 21 was so confusing. like she decided to leave but then she was joking?? i totally understand her disorder and how it affects her behavior (psych student :) !) but they never really explained it other than she was just standing right there. it was frustrating too because i thought it might be indicative of her growing and caring about the implications of her and Shi Joon's relationship... IDK maybe I missed something?

Yess this is probably my favorite role of hers that she's been in. Her character has much more depth here

Yess! That's what I've been hoping especially as the writer reveals more of Weol Joo and the Prince's relationship. A lot of people think Kang Bae is the reincarnation of the prince but that's so not where the story seems to be going especially with Kang Bae having a romantic interest and the chemistry between Gwi and Weol Joo. Ugh can't wait for more backstory. It would be so good!!!

I like that her character isn't as all over the place as it has been in other dramas. I feel like she has more depth in this one

That's what I'm hoping for. I was really hoping ep 7 would offer more backstory but it didn't really :(. Oh well ep 8 is soon!
Also thinking the Gwi is probably also related to Weol Joo's past life.
