When it comes to Kim Hyun Joong I wanna say first I loved all of his work and really looked forward to any movies / dramas he would be in. Like many I have a special fondness for the F4 boys careers and like to see their success since the BBF drama it's been fun to watch them grow as actors and entertainers. So the news of his scandal really rocked his South Korea and other countries fan base cause never in a million years would you think he would be involved in anything violent with women. But something did happen there the evidence and doctors report cannot be lies. There is so much we do not know or will ever know with his personal relationship with this woman or her personality or how volatile or not she is in a argument or how how he is.
What we do know is there was a police report and statements taken, there was visual proof of incidences of abuse that did take place. We also know that sometime after all this went down those two did get back together for she is now pregnant. So you have to ask yourself in Korea mind you how would her parents ever allow her back into a relationship with a man who would abuse their daughter? Much less let him near her ever again which leads you to believe there is so much more to this story then we will ever know. Given how strict Korean parents are when it comes to marriage for their children and the amount of stigma's attached to single motherhood in Korea this whole scandal for both Kim Hyun Joong and his ex-girlfriend just gets worse for both of them. Recently we saw the news that both families are not getting along at all because of a issue with his family wanting her to see a Doctor they chose.
So... You now have a couple who broke up, the scandal of abuse allegations, text messages made public, the public apology and fines, the same couple then getting back together, a unwed pregnancy, now they officially broke up, families getting involved fighting, his upcoming impending military leave, him having no real involvement with the pregnancy for she is not seeing him anymore, and the huge debacle to his career I'm not sure that can recover from all of this.
Some people want to write him off completely and other people want him to get some help and find some redemption and get back to being a actor / singer that they loved to follow.
My hope is this. This couple is now parents whatever bad history they had together they both need to overcome it and just become better people for the sake of the child. Somehow or other they both need to be able to support their child and he is going to have a extremely hard road in regaining the trust of the people of Korea. He went from being a K-pop / Drama Idol who made his money also doing the game show / talk show circuit in Korea and being presented with all the other rising stars in that country I'm not sure who they could book with him at this time.
I don't think any one person is not without fault or past forgiveness if you put the work in to becoming a better person for yourself. We do not know what his home life or his own parents were like in raising him. Maybe military leave and a time away from everything he knows can help him grow he is now going to be someone's father if you aren't even a fan of his you would hope a person would man up and get the help they need so they can be the best parent they can be.
Whatever happens in his career or personal life I just hope all parties involved get to a better place.
Those sort of bruises are deep like having a car accident variety. Look at the arms how hard you would have had to be hit /punched for that kind of coloring. I can't see a girl faking this level of pain for publicity there has to be some truth behind it. I was completely stunned by this article / incident.
I dunno sometimes the worst possible synopsis and plot idea turns out to be one of my favorite dramas once the actors throw themselves into it. I'm gonna try to be optimistic on it.
I've been giving Lakorns a chance and finding some really surprising finds. Not all are slap/kiss some are really set in some beautiful locations and once you find a few actors you like you can find a whole new set of dramas to love. If your only so/so on giving them a chance a good one to start out with is the Thai version of Full House. Also too what I found which is kinda cool several of the lakorn/dramas are done in like a series so when you finish off one you can jump into the next one of the cast and whats so great about Mydramalist is they are linked together with the titles so you can always jump to youtube and look for a MV to check out scenes and see if you wanna give it a chance. Just like when you watch a K-or J or T drama there are great stories out there you just have to look for them.
