lol PD...i'm not much of a swimmer either..i just do a little freestyle that too isn't perfect technically...let's just say i manage to float lol...
yeah i've heard eating after every 2-3 hours is good for your metabolism system..but if you are hogging and not exactly eating that too all junk food like crisps and chocolates i don't think it will be of any help lol..anyways, i weighed myself last night...and i'm almost 50kgs now...50 kgs PD-ya!! and my height is 5' 1.5" lol...i almost fainted when i saw my weight loool..i have never touched the dreaded 50s except for once during my high school board exams..all i did for 3 months was sit and eat and study...but after that never..i want to/ HAVE TO lose atleast 5 kilos..i just hope 20 mins of zumba 4 days a week will help *fingerscrossed* lol..

we had a Typhoon signal 10 that day lol..my birthday is almost always like that :D...but yea we had a bbq party a day earlier with a few friends so it was okay..
and wow girl you have been working out eh..proud of you...12 lbs is great..i wish i had the determination..the will power..i run for 2 days and then get lazy..and then i swim for 2 days and get lazy again lol..now i'm trying out zumba...been a month already..not everyday but 4-5 times a week..20-25 mins each time...feels good...and zumba is fun..i'm not sure if i'm doing it right though lol..but feels good to sweat nonetheless...don't think i've lost any weight...because i eat A LOT lol..and i started it in the first place because i couldn't control my diet lol...even if i don't lose any weight i atleast wouldn't want to gain anymore lol

SS is my first sageuk so it has a special place in my heart..but if i were to watch it now i don't think i would like it that much lol..as for QIHM, it's lovely...the romance is so great...the chemistry is sizzling...Ji Hyun Woo is as always ace and gawjuss...Yoo In Na is smart and sassy...it's a time travel drama so it's half sageuk half modern times...actually 70-80% of it is modern...but it's lovely..some things are silly but it can be forgiven lol

omona...i want to watch too lol...i'm not there yet..i had a major work crisis..this interview i had arranged didn't come thru...i was busy this whole trying to coordinate between the client and candidate...wasted my whole evening..it's 10pm already..i'll try and watch something before i sleep but i doubt if i'll be able to get there..i mean ep. 7 lol...i'm yet to shower and eat...grrrrrrr i don't want to work...i love Chae Joon-ssi..oori YKS..although he tries to act too cute sometimes lol..i hate Min Hee..i like Hyun Chul and Jin Yeong too..oh i loved that scene when YKS tried to block that strong wind from the aircraft..so sweet..chemistry is all around lol
