Probably not my favorite currently, however a high contender that i always watch without a second thought. It made me think a bit why i like it so much and here are another 4 reasons why.

1. The lead has an identity the watcher knows about, but the other characters dont. Propelling the lead to new heights and bonding with the viewer through a shared secret.
2. The economic setting in a company group is refreshing and well planned out. It was very inspirational for me, even though i dont have any millions lying around to buy a major manufacturing company.
3. An interesting look into modern koreas past. I heard about things like the rise of kpop, IMF stuff and the internet bubble. But never did it feel so relateable.
4. Though we obviously are in the field of fiction here the story by its imaginary rules makes sense and feels credible, to a point i can totally immerse and lose myself in that world. When the soundtrack hits im immediately in the right mood.

After missing Hikaru no Go on the list, i realised this is not Hu Xian Xu 😅 I'm so bad with faces of actors 🤣

Aside from "Unique Lady", i watched the first episodes of "One Smile is Very Alluring", "The Player" (chinese), "My Queen" (chinese 2021) and Sassy Beauty. Forgot about the names of the rest.

Actually i was searching for exactly that genre. Was always disappointed by the ones i watched so far. Started to watch "To Get Her" because of this list and i didnt regret it yet.
