Don’t think he was stabbed. Probably slashed. A difference. He was shot and when he was about to drown the first time, he said it was his vest it hit so definitely not life threatening. The last moment when he was about to drown he was saved. So nothing out of the ordinary. And yeah that was the after effect of a bomb blast of him not being within a damageable radius. So only his hearing was basically affected.
