Xu Qi An Show
The fantasy elements are used very well and very harmoniously in this series. There is no excess, it is also blended with comedy, very nice. I especially liked the family atmosphere comedy. Personally, the knowledgeable attitudes of the scholars, their arrogance and thirst for knowledge are reflected in a funny way. The Imperial Guard Corps in a serious institution and a cocky guard in this unit, a funny, sarcastic but intelligent, secret person who knows what he doesn't know because he came from the future. He fascinates everyone. This adds a mysteriousness to the event, as I said, it is blended well. Only too much information is placed. A man who creates miracles on his own and breaks all the rules of that period, challenges everyone in high places and destroys the powerful with a single blow. It can be criticized a little that he is shown as having such incredible intelligence and power. In other words, the over-inflated Xu Qi An character was very harmonious in my opinion. The actors were also very good. I liked it very much. I watched it with pleasure. We understand that there will be a second season by looking at the end. Because it was such an ending. A shocking ending. I personally did not expect such an ending. I recommend it to those who haven't watched it.Was this review helpful to you?
Interesting.
It was an interesting series. I liked it overall. However, the story seemed to start in pieces, I couldn't make connections to each other, and the story structure seemed messy. While wondering where to go, we found the interesting things and reasons in the last chapters. It was difficult for us. There were ebbs and flows. There were times when I wondered who was doing what and why. I watched it anyway. Because I liked the cast very much. The actors were good. The main reason I watched this story was the actors. I enjoyed watching Jing Tian, especially Zhang Ling He, Darren Chen and Chan Long. Comedy elements were sprinkled excessively. In fact, sometimes the excessive and long funny movements were annoying. Everything is better in moderation. But it added beauty and humor to the series. It saved me from monotony. I liked the action scenes and of course the images. The supporting roles were also notable, especially Hai Bing, Gao Lu, Zhen Yu. I liked everyone, but I wanted to mention these in particular. It's a good series to watch to pass the time, and I recommend it to those who haven't watched it.

Low budget series
I forced myself to watch it. I watched 11 episodes but to no avail. It doesn't work, it doesn't work. Unfortunately, it's very bad. There's no acting. There's no direction. You know, I started out like that when you're a little curious, but the way you look at things, the way they're solved and things like that are all for nothing. It didn't work. Zu Xi Dan is like a boss in the series. He got ahead of the judge. The judge is not a judge. He's like an employee under the boss's command. As far as I know, there is a guard group next to the district judge. They investigate and investigate and eventually it's passed on to the judge, who makes the final decision. The judge is supposedly doing everything here, that is, Cao Xuan, who is in the position of the judge's wife. The girl they took with them first came as a forensic doctor and then turned out to be a warrior. Even the characters don't know what's what. They don't know themselves. It's a series like this. The other male element, Su Wei Yan, plays a double role. They took the man under protection even though they knew and he caused the deaths of several people. This is a crime. Protecting the criminal. And he does the same thing all the time. And they protect him all the time. There's zero credibility either. What are we going to watch about the series? A weird series. There is no cast harmony either. The actors are actors who do not know each other. They are not suitable for the roles. The leading roles are not compatible. They are not equal. They even put a kissing scene. It's a shame for that. That much. I didn't like it. No offense to anyone. It was low-budget. Since you don't have a budget. Don't do it, sir. It didn't work. It didn't work. It didn't work. Was this review helpful to you?

Ah those old days
With this series, I went back to my childhood, my youth, the period when everything was pure and clean. I found something from myself and my surroundings in every episode. They were like one of us. It was as if we were acting the truth together, we were watching it, but okay. I felt like it was happening to me. I got angry, happy, sad and loved with them. In my opinion, it was the best of this period, the ones I have watched so far. I think it will collect all the awards. They were perfect from the main actor to the sub-actor. The director should be congratulated. Well done. The script, the story, it was such a thing that one could say there is no such thing. Good job. It was LONGING FOR THE PAST for me. It happened. It ended. It was like a fairy tale. It was like I woke up from a dream. That's what it was like. It was different. It was from us. My eyes were always moist. Those who haven't watched it should definitely watch it. I recommend it.Was this review helpful to you?
face swap
The series was quite nice. The actors were also nice. They were fine. However, there was no harmony between the lead boy and our lead girl, and in my opinion, the lead boy did not suit the girl. I can't answer exactly whether the difference in age is because his face makes him look older or because he has a mustache, but I didn't find these two suitable. Apart from that, I liked all the actors, except for the logical errors in the series, which is a fantastic series, but if we ignore them, the biggest reason why I took down the score is the FACE CHANGING incident at the beginning of the series. I thought about quitting the series even after that episode. I gave up again. I couldn't tolerate mistakes like this anymore. Even though it was nice, I couldn't handle such things. He says let me give you my face, don't use it too much, he gives you a watch or something. The other one says, why should I use it maliciously? The reason he wanted it was because he was ugly and the girl whose face he took was more beautiful. We didn't see this in the series. Our two daughters were beautiful. So is their skin. There is no ugliness. The excuse doesn't fit at all. Secondly, why should I use it maliciously? It doesn't fit at all. Why would a person give his face to another person? Why would he teach this spell? No follicle, no egg, what was this wish and this wish was fulfilled. I couldn't like this series at all. After all, does a well-intentioned person want someone else's face? There is reason, there is logic. It's something that was written with a huge mistake and a foresight that doesn't fit into this series. I wanted to say this. No need for others. That's enough already. Let's not hinder the audience. But I hope that if the screenwriters add a little bit of reason, reality or appropriateness to their writing while making a series, it will be better. Otherwise, make it up and slide it. I've had enough now. Screenwriters, please do not spoil the beautiful TV series, plots and stories with such simple things. Please! Was this review helpful to you?
Head Chef Yoon
Overall, it's a series I've really enjoyed and eagerly awaited every week. A good premise was chosen and combined with food. It's a romance between a cruel king's revenge story and a chef who, we eventually realize, returns to the past thanks to a cookbook he wrote, and ultimately, their reunion. I think it was a well-crafted mix, and the actors were also noteworthy, but unfortunately, there were a lot of mistakes. Things that shouldn't have happened, things our logic wouldn't allow. Unfortunately, these things happen because the screenwriter and I disagree. There are also parts of the plot that were left in for the sake of convenience. In particular, the king doesn't do anything to his suspected concubine. He says he'll kill her, but he neither questions her, punishes her, or has her followed. This affects the plot. If the king were to watch it, he'd reach a conclusion. Why wouldn't you watch someone you suspect? You know there's a conspiracy against you, your mother was murdered, and you investigate, but you take no precautions, no plans, no plans. The king's followers are clowns. In other words, it takes away the credibility. I guess it's not too unrealistic, because something really different happened. It's a fictional series. On top of that, the miraculous invention and use of a pressure cooker by a man who makes rice pops, the invention and use of an airplane, and so on, were all very cheap and far-fetched. I thought it was just for fun. I thought we'd have a laugh. The man exploded a cannon. He won the war. So, he discovered, invented, and used cannons and gunpowder. It all happened too much. These things were so wrong, so exaggerated, so unbecoming of the series. It should have been left to its original form. And the king was so lighthearted. That's how they portrayed him. I don't understand how he's such a cruel king. He's going to get what he's doing. He imprisons a palace lady. They don't know whose palace lady she is. No investigation is made. No precautions are taken. The palace lady is supposedly a very important witness. She's murdered in prison. There's zero credibility. Could something like this even happen? I mean, the king is so passive and cruel. It's a very contradictory portrayal. His rivals are playing tricks on him. They poison the prince. They're pinning him on whomever they want. They're so laid-back. For example, the uncle. This uncle gets away with everything. Then he fools the king by being cute and foolish. He gets away with a lighthearted remark. So, this guy is so stupid, so stupid. He can't do anything. Why aren't the responsibilities given to him revoked? The uncle, you just enjoy yourself. He doesn't say, "Don't come to the palace." He doesn't say, "Go and stay home." Or maybe he didn't. These were way too exaggerated and very noticeable. In short, these were some of the aspects of the series that I didn't like or found wrong. I'd say it didn't really affect the overall performance, or maybe I just ignored it. It affected me as a whole, and I liked it. First of all, the cast was good. The direction was good. The costumes were good. The action was good. Lim Yoon A, in particular, put in a lot of effort. He was dedicated. His performance affected the others as well, in other words, it directly affected their performance. I felt for him. I also thought Lee Chae Min would struggle against him. On the contrary, he was very good. He looks older than his age and he played his part very well. I really liked him. He never smirked, and I think they interacted well as a duo, and they made a good pairing. Even though the romance didn't really sink in, I understood they were drawn together by a love for each other. It was a sweet and fitting romance. It wasn't overdone. Besides that, Kang Han Na added color with her beauty. She was successful in the episodes she was in. It wasn't a lot of work. Choi Gwi Hwi was the star of the series in my opinion. He played well. He made us feel the bad. He's very visible with his dramas these days. He's a candidate for best supporting actor. I liked it. Seo Yi Sook was good. Oh Eui Shik was very good. I liked his performance. Lee Joo Ahn, on the other hand, was one of the best and most noticeable in this series. I think he was the winner. How this actor stayed in supporting roles like this is astonishing. He has the aura of being a star. His physique, good looks, image, and action were perfect. The producers should take this into consideration, I'm saying this here. Maybe someone will hear about it. Or maybe he's lazy. He doesn't want to lift the weight. He wants to keep it simple. I don't know. But he's an actor I really like. Yoon Seo Ah was also one of those who caught my eye. So, the actors were quite good. Ko Chang Seok also stood out as the inventor. Well done. I recommend it to those who haven't watched it. It's one of those series I can watch again. So, I'll watch it again. Was this review helpful to you?
Samurai vs. Police clash
I likened it to an American series. I think it's "The Hunger Games." I likened it to this. It's a survival game adapted for the Meji Period. They've turned it into a Samurai-Police conflict. They pit the Samurai against each other. The police kill the rest. The goal seems to be to become a Police State. It's preparation for that. It demonstrates that conflict. However, the Samurai can somehow adapt to the whole situation, and there's no need for such things. Some people believe this. They support it. But those who want to return to a police state are undermining it. They're killing these people too.The series is well-made. I really liked the action scenes. However you fight so hard, you make so many moves to kill, the guy is lying on the ground, about to die in one hit, but you don't kill him. There are so many scenes like that. I don't understand if this is the Samurai style or what. Then, the guy kills you or chases you to kill you. Either it's the lack of scenes, or it's a style. I don't understand. In some scenes, he stabs the guy, but there's not a single blood stain on the sword. The sword gleams. There are some scenes that were overlooked. You might have missed them. Like the sword fight against guns. If the man shot, he would kill, but he doesn't shoot; he shoots when he gets close. There are scenes like that.
These can be glossed over. But I characterized the plot as a rip-off and found it stale. The story is also very flat. It's bland.
I liked the actors. They portrayed them well. They worked hard for their roles. I especially liked the female actors. Their introduction to the action was good. The young girl's protection by the samurai and their portrayal of this was admirable. The way they portrayed samurai culture was also quite good. I really liked it. My original rating was an 8. However, seeing the mistakes and the cheating, or finding it odd, I gave it a 7.5. I'm eagerly awaiting the second season.

Zhang Hai's Revenge
The series started off very well. It really gave me the image of a very high-quality series at first. The story seemed solid and the execution was perfect. However, our series fell in the later episodes, especially after the 25th episode, and became illogical. It was as if the evil eye had been cast on the series, which was very high-quality. These scriptwriters, after a certain point in long dramas, get caught up in the negativity of how to extend it and start making mistakes. There were so many mistakes and simplifications that I was surprised. I wish it hadn't been extended so much. I said that side effects hadn't entered the Revenge series. The rhythm of the series falls with the calculation of how to extend the series, they deviate from other paths, patches are made to the story, and this spoils the story. These things happened. Simplicity has left its mark on the beautiful series. They dropped the series, which I was going to give 10 out of 10, to 8. I couldn't bring myself to drop it even further. For example; Zhang Hai is in a coma for three days due to a stab wound. He wakes up. He swims through a tunnel, listens to someone, and comes back again. Our minds have been mocked and shamed. A disgraceful way of thinking. Whichever scriptwriter came up with it. If it was that important, someone else could have swam there, listened and told Zhang Hai. It would have been more logical and realistic. The man was dying, in such a sick state that he had just woken up, he could not even walk. First, they put the comatose person in a normal bed. They observe him a little more, let him rest and then discharge him. If the scriptwriter does not know these things, can't he ask and learn? For example, he is reviving the dead. In other words, it is full of nonsense.I could not feel the love between ML and FML. It was like a business relationship. There was a sudden falling in love incident and then a little closeness was felt. These were superficial like that. They rose suddenly. In other words, they could not even understand their feelings for each other. It was such an amorphous love story. It was understood later, but the narration was broken. I cannot say that the two were compatible or incompatible because they did not seem to be together much. There was very little image of a relationship. It cannot be said that they were a good couple. The series was a male actor series.
Towards the last episodes; Dongsing queen or something An Tu's sister, as if she knew her brother would come, arranged a marriage for him and sent him to another country. She finds him as if he had put it there. I mean, when you write these, you think a little, how can I do it etc. By saying let the idiots watch it, the audience is literally taken for fools. I was very upset while watching it. It didn't suit this beautiful series at all. Unfortunately, it maintained its maturity in quality at the beginning, then it decreased and decreased, it didn't work. I really liked the cast. Especially the guest actors, those who were rarely shown, but there were special actors who could show themselves even in those two frames. I appreciated it. My biggest appreciation is for Wallace Chung. He suited the character of Kuai Duo very well, he played very well, he added value to his role. I liked it very much. Xiao Zhan carried it very well from beginning to end. The series revolved around him and he was successful. I can't say the same thing for Zhang Jing Yi, his role was very small. It would have been better if he hadn't played this role. I guess it was played because they said there is no such thing as a small or big role, it was a simple role that anyone could play, in my opinion. I especially found Liang Chao very very good in the supporting role. In my opinion, he should get an award. He played so beautifully and fluently. He also suited his role very well. I liked it. Huang Jue added value to his role. The role suits him very well. I liked him too. Michelle Bai gave a very good performance despite her very short role. It suits her very well too. I liked it. She added value to her role. Zhao Zi Qi and Liu Chuao also gave very good performances. I liked it. Xing Ming Shan, Yang Yu Tong, Zhaou Qi, Sha Bao Liang, Quan Yi Lun, Yu Nan, Tian Xiao Jie were the actors who caught my attention. I liked the actors very much. I give them an 8 for their sake. I give the scriptwriter a zero for ruining such a quality series and making illogical mistakes.

Exaggerated marriages
Generally speaking, I liked the series and watched it. I liked it. But that doesn't mean the series was perfect, it was wonderful. It wasn't. It was very lame and had some shortcomings. It's a story but not a whole. It's fragmented. If you count the five daughters and the adopted one, there are six and then there's a son. It's like seven. I think the marriages of all five daughters were considered separately. They focused on them by also working on certain events. I can say that we watched different things by jumping from branch to branch. It had some funny aspects. It was also thought-provoking. There was action. There was love. There was affection. There was family unity. There was loyalty. There was struggle. There was seeking justice, fighting for justice, chasing criminals, judging. The royal family was also involved. There were such multifaceted things. The second daughter of the house wasn't emphasized much, she had few roles, she was rarely seen in the events. Her husband was seen more. She was a comedy element. She was the clown of the series. Our third daughter is supposedly the first lead but she also appeared less, her husband was the tough guy. They handled the subject of our fourth daughter well. Although their love was a bit problematic, their interest in each other was handled beautifully. I liked it. However, when our daughter married a judge, she became a symbol of justice. She became the wife of a knowledgeable judge. She surpassed her husband. She became the one who decides on cases. This was too much. It was absurd. Our fifth daughter was the craziest, most spoiled of them all. Her husband had her kidnapped. Therefore, it was a quarrelsome, fighting, pushing, shoving, dominant husband and wife relationship. Or rather, it wasn't. There was constant conflict. It was shown as if there was an external sign of love, but it wasn't. Only the man's love was expressed. The love of the woman's side was blurred. Our sixth daughter and the elder brother of the house got married when they were very young. But the interesting thing is that neither the mother nor the sisters recognized this brother, but the youngest girl did. She said, "This is my brother." If there are 6 children now and this child was around 10 years old when he fell into the river, our youngest daughter must have been 1-2 years old. How does he know his brother? There were often things skipped in the series like this. I gave the series a 7.5 because of the disconnection and skipping from one place to another in the story, the disruption of integrity. I was even planning to give it a 7, but I watched it until the end and waited to watch it. So I said I liked it. That's why I gave it this grade. The series deserves these mistakes, if we look at these mistakes, the Yang family's son-in-law is beaten, his head is cracked, blood is coming. In the next scene, there is not even a mark on the same person. They shot the scene later, they forgot. There are such mistakes. Similarly, this son-in-law killed a person. He stole, attempted to kill, injured, committed fraud, blackmailed, committed adultery, there is no evil he has not done. Although this was known, this person was not tried even though there were two judges in the Li family. He was arrested but released. He was not sued. He sued, the Yang family's property was seized. Their lives were destroyed. In other words, such impossible things were done. They were fooled. I hope the scriptwriter reads it and doesn't do such things again.
The actors in the series were very good. I liked all of them. The mother of the Li family is an actress that I like very much and find funny. However, she exaggerated her role in the series, she acted in an exaggerated way in some scenes. I think her character is like that. She probably can't help herself and improvises. I watched her in other series and she was very very good. Please don't exaggerate her role too much, because that's who she is. There's no need to exaggerate.
For example, Wu Xian Yu played very clearly, there was no exaggeration at all. He flowed like water. He didn't look much but he suited his role very well. I liked him very much. I always think that Liu Xie Ning is being treated unfairly, why isn't he the first lead role? He always plays second roles. He gives a very good picture. He is beautiful. He also plays well. I wonder if he is lazy or insecure. Is he an introvert? I also wonder if he doesn't want to. He is much better than most of the actors who say he is. I liked Ke Ying. Huangyan Tian Tian is very young, he will be much better in the future. He gave an extremely good performance. Well done. They wasted Zhao Qing. Ling Mei Shi was very good. Wang Xing Yue is an actor on the rise. He was in the passive, heavy-handed role here. It would have been fine without him. Li Yu Xiao was the same, he was passive, it would have been fine without him. I really liked the other male actors. They were very good. If it weren't for these actors, this drama wouldn't have been watched as much.

step sister and uncle
I watched the series with difficulty and finished it. The actors attracted me. I like Miles Wei. He is a very sweet boy. Caesar Wu is also a very good actor both physically and facially. I have watched many of his series. He is an actor I like. However, his physical harmony with his partner here was not perfect. They gave an image like a period and a comma. Caesar Wu looks too big in costume. Our daughter Lu Zhao Hua is tiny. They are physically incompatible but they were compatible in terms of acting. I can say the same thing for Miles Wei and Xu Jia Qi in the leading roles. The chemistry of the leading roles did not work for me either. In other words, the female actor was not the actor for this role. I think she was chosen for this role because she is a singer and dancer. Although she acted, the incompatibility and artificiality were noticeable. Likewise, Uncle Huang Yu Ming seemed to be asking what I was doing in this series. I did not find him suitable for the role either. The only people suitable for the role were Miles Wei and Zhang Yue. Zhang Yue made it great. In my opinion, he was very good. I got annoyed. I got angry. I got mad. He was very successful in his role. You might say, wasn't the artificiality obvious in him? Yes, it was obvious, but not as much as the others. He got into his role. The role suited him. I thought that Zhao Lusi was the most suitable actor for this role along with Miles Wei in this series. If he had been there, the series would have been twice as watchable and I gave the series a 7 in my rating, but I gave it to the effort. I could have given it an 8.9. The second is simplicity. They have simplified the series very much. It is clear and known that the step sister and uncle do all the bad things, but nothing happens to them. They don't even ask questions. But you can say he stepped on my foot and go to jail. It is the simplest of the simple. A little mercy. A little logic. A little reason. A little reality. None of them. The script is terrible. The direction is terrible. The acting is also a little better than them, but if the direction is bad, if there is no realism in the scenes, if the artificiality is noticeable, what is the point of the direction? Zero management. In the end, the bad guys don't get their punishment. They are rewarded. They are released. The man who caused the death of hundreds of people, who tried to kill the King, his brother, sister-in-law, nephew, is released. His crime is rebellion. Who did you fool now, scriptwriter? Does what you did seem like a piece of shit? How ugly. There is no cause and effect relationship. It is ignored. Likewise, the step sister was not held responsible for anything she did, nor was she punished or interrogated. She went off as if she lost her mind. In the end, this Uncle and Step Sister are together. Happy ending. So, did your example find its place? Did what you did work? Screenwriter, the story you wrote is unlike anything else. Who did you serve? Why did you write it? Who did you address? What message did you give? What did people understand from this series, what lesson did they learn, what inspiration did they get? Do you have an answer? Are you saying come on, come on? Just watch it, it's a simple series. Don't ask questions. Don't analyze it. Don't look for anything behind it. Don't comment. It's just a series. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The result is zero.

But the story was insufficient. For example, while he could defend himself with his sword and cut off the attack with his sword, it seems to me that the person did not turn his back and was seriously injured. There could have been a little more action in this episode. It has been taken for granted. To make abbreviations. More precisely, it was as if it was a series translated for actor training. I didn't get the emotional intensity either. I was not excited. I wasn't worried. There was no feeling. I just watched. I didn't want to give a much lower grade either. Only for young players.

I liked the topic. I liked your work. The actors also played very well. I liked them all. Especially the presence of star actors affects the watchability and admiration of the series. I was also impressed with the actors.
I even wondered if it could have a second season after it ended. Because the result resulted in the death of the lead actress. It was sad. While everything was so good, I was disappointed that it ended like this, frankly. The fact that the incident about the brother of the main actor was left in the air also affected me. This place did not turn out the way I wanted. In general, I enjoyed watching it. I would recommend it to everyone.

A strange story
Sajo Hyun (Park Jihoon) suffers from his father's tyranny and due to this upbringing, he develops another personality, who goes by the name Ak Hee. Yeon Wol (Hong Ye Ji) comes from a supportive family and she’s trained to be a fighter since young. Sajo and Yeon Wol shortly-met when Sajo's father did something evil to Yeon Wol's family, which led Yeon Wol to run for her life. 10 years later, Yeon Wol returns and ready to take a revenge. The first episodes were good. Until they grew up and these double personalities they developed even started to fight with each other, and the series lost credibility. The players became strange. I don't know who it is, the inexperience of the actress or the inexperience of the director. Wrong things. the male lead who cannot adapt to them. and a king who always laughs with his mouth open pretends to forget that it was the same from the beginning. It was very terrible. It didn't suit such an experienced player at all. Is this how an actor shows his every attitude? It is different. Or it could be the director's faulty instructions. Look, this may be due to the director's inability to reflect the series. It's a shame for the series. I did not like at all. It's like a conflict between two people, with no one knowing what they're doing, but it's the same person, the jokes are weird. So you are surprised while watching it. You say, what's going on? It's been a weird series. More precisely, it didn't happen. I do not like. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Disgrace
I forced myself to watch the series several times. Because there were so many mistakes and wrong editing, scenes, the absurdity of what the scriptwriter wrote, that I could not hold myself back until the 31st episode. There, the role assigned to a woman whose child is attempted to be murdered is to forgive the person who wants to kill her. The reason is that his son is crushed under the responsibility of this. A woman who committed a crime that should have caused death is pardoned, but this time the same evil woman burns the dress of one of the prince's wives. So he continues his evil deeds. Anyway, nothing happens to me. In fact, the ignorant person who calls himself a screenwriter for doing this wrote such a thing that Prince An tells his son what a brave woman she is, and says things like, "If you were as good as this, you would get this title after me." Shame on you, screenwriter. In that era, no person, mother or father, would say to a person who wants to kill his son, "don't kill him, my child will be crushed under this." They won't let you say it anyway. He is instantly beheaded. It's not even asked. Especially if the person committing the crime is a woman, there is no judgment. Women were irrelevant in that era. How can such a punishment be forgiven, but the same woman is not given any punishment and continues her evil deeds? It's not mind-boggling. It's like the scriptwriter is smart and the audience is stupid. Such a scenario. Such a writing. The one who shot it didn't say, brother, what is this, please fix it. Isn't anyone reading these posts? Doesn't it pass through a filter? Isn't it a shame for the actors who play these? The series, which would get 9 points if it was done properly, drops to 6 points to 5 points due to these nonsense. I left it at the 31st episode. I couldn't stand it anymore. I watched it well, though. The actors were good. I felt sorry for them. I condemn the scriptwriter. I wouldn't tell anyone to watch it. Your nerves will be disturbed. It wouldn't suit me to tell you to watch this nonsense. What a pity. Was this review helpful to you?
