So I keep wanting to watch Strong woman to remind me how funny and sweet the ML can be bc he is so serious in this one.. I’ve seen him crack a few smiles but I need more.. especially when The FL put a piece of cabbage on his spoon .. I was transported back to the drama scene where he put a piece of pie? on Do Bongs spoon and smiled at her:D (loved that relationship)
Also some scenes remind me of Moonlight drawn by clouds and Splash Splash love .. ie: the clementine and the crown Prince taking care of her… so I do like the drama, it’s got a lot of potential.
The suicide and letter is just way to suspicious to me ..I feel like I have to suspend my imagination to believe that the CP actually believes that the guy committed suicide and that it’s not suspicious.. it’s like the characters are smart and then they’re not and that’s just a filler episode for him to learn that he can actually trust her after she has given him no reason not to.
What is kinda funny to me is to see the same men acting as the ministers and kings council and the same evil guy from Forbidden marriage..only now he can actually pronounce his words. TG .lol
The queen seems really sweet and I hate to see her manipulated by the uncle .. I wonder if she will actually rebel against him in the end.
So now I’m going to rewatch Strong woman and smile at their cuteness :)
If you click on the previous episode then the next episode shows up ..it doesn’t always show in the que as being there so I do that and it pops up faster :) enjoy I watched 10 min but I have to go to work and it’s adorable!!!

Usually I don't like watching romcoms. But this one is so refreshing and unique; can't wait till the 5th epsiode…
I think they dressed her down on purpose , to show he is really deeper than people think. Here he is surrounded by “beautiful” people who admire him and. The “wives club” see her as beneath them and she in her “plainness” gets the guy everyone wants. They were furious in their pettiness and jealousy I think she is very pretty either way bc she is so wholesome looking and when she smiles her whole face lights up.. sb interesting to see if she changes once they start dating…?
yep, just goes on to her show their inherent bias and entitlement doesn't it? rich man sleeping with a married…
What I don’t understand was that people were freaking out over his one sided love, he never acted on it, they never slept together, he just had a crush on her.. idk,,just kinda made me question the intensity they all came at him with..mi saw it more as he was courteous to her and never stepped over the boundaries… anyhoo it’s all out now so we get to see them together:D
It makes no sense to me that the mom's were fine when they thought Chi Yeol had been seduced by a married woman…
I think it’s because he was never attracted to any of them , was indifferent and curt.. and they were probably insulted especially the crazy lead lady.they see FL as beneath them so they were. Probably super insulted by him.. . she’s the insane leader of the “wannabe” moms. Hopefully Karmas gonna get back at her soon !!!
I totally agree with you. JDY is absolutely stunning. They just made her look older with the dated grandma style…
I was thinking that same thing.. I think the writers deliberately downplayed her looks to show what really “moved the heart “ of the ML All day long he was surrounded by “adoring people” of all ages yet no one was real with him or genuinely cared for him (other than his secretary.)
We se that it’s was the “ordinary” looking woman who breaks down his walls and calls him back to life
I think she is very pretty ..when she smiles she lights up the room,..l if they wanted to dress her up im sure she would have a much different look and appearance of being “more beautiful” . But I think that would go against the purpose of the story as it unfolds :)
And that time when she waving at him from outside the apartment, she look like teen waving at her crush, she look…
Yes:) it’s her joy and excitement and she is just adorable to me! I do happen to think she is very pretty :) He’s been so “a dry” and empty “ for so many years she’s like a wonderful drink of refreshing water:D
I love this FL … she seems to radiate beauty from the inside out.. she is pretty , her looks have so much to do with her personality. It’s her kindness, her expressions, her joy for life, family, people..
she’s someone you could be friends with and just have fun.. be silly no pretenses. . In fact I loved when they showed her athletic skills, she’s in awesome shape. The look on the MLS face when he was playing soccer.. I could see he became part of the family then, there was a shift into him belonging and seeing he could have fun:). He is competitive and yet she was winning :D
From the beginning she had very little make up on and I think they wanted to keep her natural looking to show he was never attracted to all the “ beautiful” women who he could have dated bc he was so famous (ie: piano lady).. he was bored with her…(that scene where he’s trying to stay awake at her recital was so funny) This whole time, he was “waiting” for someone who could wake his heart up and bring him back to life. I love that he sees “her” among all the others vying for his attention ..and she moved his heart. The so called “plain jane” that the other women were like “she doesn’t deserve him”… what??? Just because you’re pretty you “deserve” something more than someone else.. that type of thinking has got to go. Yes, the second half picks he pace up a lot ..:D initially I wasn’t a fan of the FL , I loved that she was bad ass, but I felt like she was a bit over the top..but.. the FL actually turns out to be awesome and interesting when she helps the ML out in filming, and you see her in a new light. The ML takes a while to warm up to also .. when they finally get together it makes sense.
As they progress it def brings out the best in all the leads
Coffee prince is an older drama (2007) but really good about a girl mistaken as a boy who works in a male only coffee place with ML Gong Yoo. (Goblin) … it’s good, some episodes are draggy but it’s a drama that has endured the test of time :)

I loved Crazy Love, I’m a bit of a fan of the ML, he’s been on my peripheral since Coffee Prince. ( i cant tell you how many times I’ve seen that one:)
( i saw ML in Her personal Life and finally he was a smart, sexy funny leading man .. ) crazy love, I really liked the FL too in that, she was so funny with the onions and crazy things she did to her “fiancé’” I know.. ML s Secretary is too nice, I can’t imagine him being the killer but who else knows the people around the ML.. and the drama is not giving too many hints with this one ..mi never go with the obvious, (ie: the lawyers son) Havnt seen episode 9 yet,, had work and I’m finishing up Hate to Love

Crash course is excellent:) everyone is loving it.. last I checked the ratings were up around 13% . At first I wasn’t sure how they would unravel the story (characters) but they’re doing a great job. You can tell how the ML is falling for her (slowly) and becoming more part of “family” softening and becoming nice. Episode 8..starts his honest feelings for her .. he’s unsure if she married but I think he’s figured out that she’s not .
All the characters are really good, love the FL (capable nice funny “real”) I liked the FL and her family from the start. Ok back to work:) have an awesome day!

I know exactly what you are saying!! It’s 2 am here, I’ve just finished episode 7 and if I didn’t have to get up for work tomorrow I would totally binge this drama!! So much bette than I expected.. the story is really well played out. The main actors are engaging and “real” .. I love how she’s a bad ass- , but reads people so well, same with him- he sees beyond what people show him The romance is different than I expected and it’s perfectly done.. This is imperfection at its best ..the characters each unraveling their strengths weaknesses and in some cases mistakes that cost them true love (ex GF) LOVE LOVE LOVE it.. tomorrow is work, then finishing this and episode 9 of Crash course in Love… ..oops I mean today!! LOLOL
