Her hands were cold because Gang-uk hadn't touched her in several days. After the engagement, he held her (hugs) with his bare hands often. Also some kisses in there. So, ghosts didn't appear.

The ghosts disappeared because of the WARMTH of Gang-uk's hands - even through the leather. [I admit - I didn't put 2+2 together until today] Dark/light.. . . Cold/warmth - constant themes in the OSTs and throughout the drama.
Ji-hwan is still there because he chooses to be there. Just as he always has been bringing Yeo-ri and Gang-uk together so that the cause of his death can be revealed, justice is done and he can pass over to the afterlife.

We've enjoyed so many romantic and warm scenes (Singapore was thirty minutes) that it's probably wishing too much for at least 25% of remaining time with the 2 of them in the same scene, but that's my 4th wish.
Several days ago, I posted the official written preview for Ep. 11: "Kang Wook, suffering the pain of heartbreak, feels heartbroken because he cannot approach Yeori, who has come for questioning after being summoned by the prosecution. Then, by chance, he uses the pendant he has obtained in hand as an excuse to approach Yeori once again and show his sincerity."
I speculated that the "chance" receipt of the pendant would be via Ji-hwan's Mom when she had lunch with him.

The ghosts appeared through Ep. 8. They were a funny, amusing plot device but their primary purpose was to bring Yeo-ri and Gang-uk together and fall in love. They did their job - my favorite romance of 2026. And the Number One Ghost storyline (Ji-hwan) is still to be resolved.
Producers said that Act 1 (intro of characters, main plot and sub-plots) was 1-6 and Act 2 would focus on WHY Yeo-ri was cursed (their word) and what was relationship of the pendant, Ji-hwan and the yacht accident. Final questions were: "interest is focused on whether Cheon Yeori can escape the curse and why Kang Ji-hwan was unable to reach the afterlife." All set against a background of romance.
The chaebol sub-plot is just that - a sub-plot to the MAIN plot which is why was Yeo-ri cursed and why is Ji-hwan still hanging around, unable to reach the afterlife. Other sub-plots: Min-hwan's obsession with Yeo-ri. The heart transplant (hopefully that's not the reason Ji-hwan is hanging around). Park Seung-jae's plan to destroy Yeo-ri.
All of the subplots were introduced in the first couple of episodes - let's see if the writer can weave them all together for a satisfactory ending (ending the curse and Ji-hwan passing to the afterlife).
Hopefully no Truck of Doom - the break-up was enough.

As for the term yacht, that's the term that was used from time to time although it may have been on the tvN site.
After re-watching the preview, I have a different theory about SJ getting out of jail. Min-hwan is trying to back Yeo-ri into a corner so that she will (I guess??) agree to marry him. He thinks that he has gotten rid of Gang-uk (international assignment). He has aligned himself with people who are willing to take down SJ's father AND protect the Ok family. I'm not sure why he would want to put Yeo-ri in harms way??
Meanwhile, SJ has alot of dirt on his father - I think Dad somehow gets him out of jail to keep his son quiet.
Maybe Yeo-ri is meeting up with SJ (preview seems to imply that) but she's dressed in her ghost hunting clothes and my impression is that she and Gang-uk are once again accidentally meeting up at a murder/corpse scene. But. . . maybe Ji-hwan is once again sending Gang-uk to the rescue.
I think the writer has gone a bit far with the web she has woven - different families, too many different agendas (political, criminal, corporate and romantic) when the ultimate questions are: will Yeo-ri be able to shed the curse and will Ji-whan be able to cross over.
Granny is a plot device. Just as the ghosts were a plot device.
Ahhh.. . .I see what you were hoping for. However, she has never used the ghosts - the shaman told her that in order for her to live, she must help them (victims) receive justice and cross over to the afterlife. I was hoping that she would help Gang-uk with some of his cold cases, but I was wrong - his role is to help her get rid of min-hwan. And he has helped her keep her position.

Based on my phone translation, (i) Min-hwan (age 22) is the main witness: (ii) It was near Daesan City; (iii) there were FOUR (4) men, identified as A, B, C, D and THREE (3) women identified as E, F, and G. The accident was due to the “carelessness of 2 men”. Male A died. Female E was revived.
Who are the four men? We see Ji-hwan, Min-hwan and one other man (at the food table). Who is the 4th?? [note: I always assumed it was Yeo-ri’s cousin but now?]
Now, onto the Ep. 11 preview. We hear the voice over by Seung-jae “Do you remember the yacht incident from 12 years ago? Let’s meet up” and see a text message to Yeo-ri from Seung-jae.
Was Park Seung-jae the 4th person on the yacht??
Min-hwan is villainous in his obsession with Yeo-ri, but Seung-jae is the real villain of the drama and ever since Ep. 2, I have hoped that HE is the one that Yeo-ri finally touches with her bare hands.

Yeo-ri wears designer clothes and accessories (lots of Valentino) and cotton (fabric) gloves would be awful with her business/corporate wardrobe. She intentionally wears clothes that give off a cold and distant vibe so that people will not approach her.
She did wear cloth at the engagement ceremony and, I think, in a couple of the Singapore scenes.
I hate the forced breakup trope. I wonder if native South Koreans feel the same way? I think this site is mostly…
People may hate it but there are only so many "cliffhangers" you can include that will keep people watching/returning. If not a noble idiocy break-up, then one more White Truck of Doom or kidnapping/trapped in a burning building or. . . .
Actually, there were many potential cliffhangers in this drama (the fight in the woods where murderer returned to scene of the crime and almost hurt Yeo-ri; the shareholder meeting vote; Gang-uk trapped in the elevator; ) but instead there was a nice mixture of spooky danger (Yeo-ri's hands), romance and life-or-death. I don't think there were any cliffhangers involving the corporate conflict.
