both dramas had actors that people were already familiar with but this one is led by young rising stars. Plus the ratings aren't bad. It still has over 1 million viewers every episode. We still have 2nd half and part 2 of the drama. It is also doing well in netflix and will continue to do better. It is one of the popular dramas right now.
Jung So Min’s agency Blossom Entertainment shared, “We ask for your understanding that we aren’t able to tell you whether she’ll be in Part 2 or not because it could be a spoiler for Part 1.” Go Yoon Jung’s agency MMA expressed the same position.
So whether somin will be in part 2 or not is not confirmed because it could be spoiler.
I doesn't make sense to say Jang uk should end up with just mudeok when he clearly fell for naksu and she is falling for him too. From the moment they met Jang uk recognised her as naksu. Naksu who closed her heart to focus on revenge is finally opening her heart to Jang uk. Every other characters are also bonding with naksu not mudeok. Naksu is the main character and we don't know what kind of a person mudeok is. Jang uk shouldn't end up with someone he doesn't know when he is in love with naksu. That will be same as Mr queen ending. Whether naksu stays in mudeok's body or gets a different one the bond she has with Jang uk won't change.
But i do really want her to stay in mudeok's body because jaewook and somin got good chemistry and i am attached to somin's portrayal of naksu. But go yoonjung was great as naksu too. I believe the writers know what they are doing because it's their story and they won't make a part 2 that will ruin everything built in part 1 so lets try to go along with the journey. We all are here because we love the drama afterall.
wasn't it said that to do the soul swap successfully the person needs to find someone of same body type and age. but kil joo and jang uk are definitely not the same age. Also someone in twitter said it's highly likely that jang uk soul will still be in his body similar to naksu-mudeok situation.
the FL is definitely not his sister. the child actor who played younger version of FL(in ep 2) was also in a scene with ML's sister in one of the flashbacks from ep1. in one of the bullying scene there were 2 girls along with ML's sister. the tall girl behind her is the FL.
