Better than expected. Although it was short and not a big budget production, it told the story well. The chemistry between the two leads is cute and the kisses were sweet. ML really cared for FL and it was good to see an empress who was smart (mostly). I’m not familiar with any of the cast members but ML really reminds me of a younger Jin Han. It’s a sweet and short drama so watch it to pass the time. I think you’ll like it.
guys is it really THAT bad? I thought the first couple episodes were cute ish but should I make it through this? I need someone who doesn’t hate it or love it to tell me something decent about it. Happy ending? Love triangles? If you watched the whole thing tell me 1 good thing about it and 1 bad thing about it.
Are we all okay after the last 4 episodes? I still feel bad General Qin had to die, but Ye loved her so much he doesn’t even want to marry anyone else, aw. Ok, now to the annoying parts. Who else wanted to smack Fan Yu a thousand times? He was such a spoiled brat who was so stupid and power hungry that he couldn’t think straight, being manipulated left and right. This is the second drama I’ve seen the actor in and in that other drama, he was a brat too. Sorry, but his face is just so punchable that if I saw him in another drama, I’d roll my eyes even if he played a good guy. I would say one of the best parts was when Jiu Si and Zi Shang were playing chess/Go and Jiu Si revealed all of his secrets. So badass. I was hoping Mingyi could have repented for his evil doings but oh well. I hope there’s a second season (which I doubt, but wish for anyways) and they show the younger generation taking over their parents legacy. I was happy Yun and Shen Ming got married and have a baby on the way. Just waiting for Shi An’s happy moment.
btw, young Fan Xuan and Gao Lang were so handsome 🙈❤️
just finished episode 4 and I don’t know if I should continue. I see lots of posts saying the ending was weird and honestly, I don’t understand the plot so far. I don’t want to read spoilers (thanks to those who block their spoilers), but as I wait for the last 4 episodes of Destined, I don’t know what else I should watch and if I should continue this or not.
I just watched this yesterday and I already want to watch it again, that’s how good and compelling the story is. Everyone played their part perfectly, especially the main characters. I didn’t expect a movie to be this good that it took me through all the emotions, the good and the bad. There were parts where I felt they weren’t acting, just being their true selves. Although the topic of bullying is a touchy subject, it brought up the very real issues that everyone goes through (I realize this is a long comment and I should do an actual review on it lol). In the meantime, go watch this movie. 10/10 would recommend.
currently watching the full movie on YouTube. I really dislike the 2nd FL and the 2nd male lead seems to wooden for the crazy 2nd FL. He does remind me of a young Donnie Yen for some reason. I will comment again when I’m done.

I’m on the 10th episode and I thought that’s all we got so I was getting sad that it’s already over. 9th episode had me emotional. Don’t know how the 10th episode will make me feel. At least I’m glad knowing there’s at least 2 more episodes.

I agree. he’s become almost stalkerish and trying to play off their meetings as coincidences. The trailer looked cute but I don’t know if I want to continue because he’s being too overbearing.
I started this on a whim as I wait for new episodes of Till the End of the Moon and Oh No! Here Comes Trouble and I’m glad I did. I was reading good comments and reviews on here so I thought I’d give it a shot. I just finished the first episode and already want more. I admit the beginning was a little slow, but the fight scenes were awesome and I liked how the ML showed his childish side a bit. There’s a scene where he and the FL are hiding and he was acting like a baby and I thought that was funny and cute. Can’t wait to watch more. I hope I don’t get caught up with this drama and have to wait for new episodes also.
